Jadi, saya mula ada visi ingin lebih memahami surah al-Quran, terbuka muka surat Surah 5-Al-Ma'idah 5:6 O you who believe! When you prepare for prayer, wash your faces and your hands (arms)to the elbows, rub your heads (with water) and wash your feet to the ankles. If you are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body. But if you are ill, or on a journey and you find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth.

Wahai orang-orang yang beriman, apabila kamu hendak mengerjakan sembahyang (padahal kamu berhadas kecil), maka (berwuduklah) iaitu basuhlah muka kamu, dan kedua belah tangan kamu meliputi siku, dan sapulah sebahagian dari kepala kamu, dan basuhlah kedua belah kaki kamu meliputi buku lali; dan jika kamu junub (berhadas besar) maka bersucilah dengan mandi wajib; dan jika kamu sakit (tidak boleh kena air), atau dalam pelayaran, atau salah seorang dari kamu datang dari tempat buang air, atau kamu sentuh perempuan, sedang kamu tidak mendapat air (untuk berwuduk dan mandi), maka hendaklah kamu bertayamum dengan tanah - debu yang bersih, iaitu: sapulah muka kamu dan kedua belah tangan kamu dengan tanah - debu itu. Allah tidak mahu menjadikan kamu menanggung sesuatu kesusahan (kepayahan), tetapi Ia berkehendak membersihkan (mensucikan) kamu dan hendak menyempurnakan nikmatNya kepada kamu, supaya kamu bersyukur.

My son wakes up with enthusiasm to school, straight to shower and put on school uniform and eat a piece of raisins bread. Then I go down to have my breakfast, have vitamins with peppermint tea.

In the car we both listen to Yusuf Islam's compilation. One of the beautiful songs is Heart of A Muslim

At the school, he takes my hand as how he salams with me and kiss back of my palm and I said to him pray everything will be fine today and you'll see papa at noon, love you.

Morning walk discovery before breakfast. During weekend we went for a walk, this time we chose our own city and artistically explored one of the cafe's wall.

 

 

It started by reading words is easy said than done but action as easy as acted with enthusiasms. As I read in a book title Thinking Big was said be activated. I find once activated, we must be proactively act on our routine activities, when lucky we find art in it which is more than fine weekend. Glad we acted :)

Langkawi Island, Kedah

We landed at the Langkawi Island +Travel to Langkawi island Malaysia information , yet from the ocean we explored. We were fortunate to get invited to hit the wave in a motor yacht's relatives. From the experience on the boat had given us to be real travellers as to limit ourselves in packing, shrinking the size of belongings, get comfy from the start as to end the day with cargo pants as nighties, small thin towels to give space for souvenirs if any.

Langkawi is like a small continent with an international airport +Langkawi International Airport proved it can be one. But in atlas, Langkawi is a part of +Kedah state, full of lagend with nostalgia but develop into an island of fantasy that people fancy about of Tasik Dayang Bunting, the local believed that the lake water has some magical ingredients that could fulfill wishes of unfortunate childless couple to gain fertility - source from www.langkawigeopark.com.my

The coincident magically happened to our cousin who longed for a baby ended up with 3 babies after soaked in the water under the sun of Tasik Dayang Bunting. It is a worth the trip with a small boat to get there, the eagle ushering from the sky, arrived at the lush green of old trees around the lake.

Langkawi's view is spectacular from the sea, the different kind of blue sky and sea is vast enuf to relax our eyes. The motor yacht itself is amazing with the homelike mobile home. The ride was the joyous ride. At the marina the meeting point, one by one climbed the boat, placed the bags in secured area and the captain asked about the readiness to navigate ahead the ocean. On the ocean, the breeze blew our face awaken us the best feeling with gratefulness.

Hands raised pointing +Gunung Mat Cincang on the right, another pointed the fishermen boats, eyes looking forward to stopping at the nicest spot to swim and for some photos snapping.

The love of boating is part of travelling near or far, it is another horizon to put on next track. Hope we are on the right rail, so are you, gear up to travel though as close to send a kid to school, just amazing what and how you discover.

3 little words

When the change of the year on the last day of 2012, I wished myself  - ritual,  revive, renew so that the new year 2013 will be positive, productive, purified. I have never thought that the purified happened first. Suddenly and out of expectation, it turned my life awaken in asleep. It is a good sign, wake up during midnight usually because of my babies asked for supper milk, what was I supposed to do, go back to sleep will never happen but only after they are full. So I take a chance to ritual, could change for the betterment, calm in the after. The ritual is not easy in the morning though, it eases many complicated things. Ritual is tahajud or hajat or simply any solat sunat.

My life is newed  because we had change so much in the menu, we got to go for a walk after work. The new maid cook healthy as she grilled most with raw salad. She had work in Saudi Arabia, so she is kind of international way of cooking, lucky us. She reads Al-Quran on Friday nights. But didn't continue now, I wonder, is it because of me, didn't do the same or the schedule kind of tight. But, I listen to the verses in the car while sending my kid to school. I read tafsir the english and the malay one, she saw that. I remember I always made note to myself so that I can remember easily but to figure it now is hard. Now I want to recall what I wrote that I wanted to do - Want Wish Wonders, yes yes this is the favourite 3 little words, wish is the Doa that I asked from Allah to give, first I have to know what I want then just doa(wish) til I get it, makbul, Wonderful Alhamdulillah.

I want so many things, til I asked something just happened right away, that's just amazing. Becareful with what you wishing for, whether it is good for you or not. When it happened it is the best thing ever happened to us, Think, Tell, Thankful. Yes I think about it and tell about it to Allah, loved ones, talk about it as if I already have it, Thank Allah and everyone, every minute what I see that satisfy me, and I get silence to say prayers in my heart. That's how I looked calm :) Would love to hear from you how you spend your world in your thinking...I shall share with you another 3 little words, task, travel, therapy :)) easy three, see thee..

We had a baby and also had the plan headed Bali after two months, our little einstein was born. We were in doubt to bring or not to bring, thoughts and prayers made our way to the Kuta, Bali with our juniors. The trip was a relaxing, free and easy one, we packed the importants, we recycle the used by washing and used dryer. The travel light lighted the trip in Bali. At the day of Silence (hari nyepi) we spent it on the second day, the silence said everything, the appearance of human movements, natural light and wind to go through the 24 hours day, water splashed from the pool made the noise, the filter is on or not didnt cross in mind, this shows to come back to listen to our breathing, sneezing maybe and of our imagination of how and what the thinking maybe. I had a treat with my sister and mom at the spa, the body massage past the few hours, relax the body but the mind on my kids with their dad, was hoping they had fun too somewhere in the building. We stayed at the Kuta +Best Western.

Leo of Little EinsteinThe third day, after breakfast at Best Western, Bali, off we took a van to the volcano. we had lunch at the restaurant with the volcano view, continue the journey with buying the cloths sold by the locals, they came to us like wanted our signatures but they wanted to trade the money with their goods, the fact to live.

Along the way was stalls selling nona fruits, didn't get to stop, though we wanted so but the van was faster than the sound from the back asking for it. So arrived we at the Tanah Lot at the end of the agenda on the late evening, the waves from the lot says a lot of amazing creation, I took the photo and blocked the view as souvenir home.

We are forced to go back as it was very late, on the way to the hotel, discussion over to do hair bath took place and decision made to the hotel to rest was the best.

The bargain cheered us up for one each of knitted throw for me and brother. Off we continue the journey. The baby took it well though quite tough for her first time. Many times of other country/ travel places for her brother, Leo of Little Einsteins. I cited a lot of doas as the places are made of concrete faces every corner, look different some. Alhamdulillah all is fine after.

Padi field terrace was just amazing, all kind of green you can define, so structured by the hill, the gazebos to relax and sipping tea. Looking at it was loving it. Bali was the trip we went to start the journey but left thinking going back there to discover the other side of Bali. When the money permits, other country we proceed, hope you do too as around the house is nice to discover when time permits. Catch ya later

KLCC Lights High

Ad-hoc city holiday turned up as planned memory

During a long weekend, we settled our first point homefeel hotel at KL city centre. Our stay was at +Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur , the experience traced the skylines of the major towers of the Petronas Twins. Live glass view from our room was clear as unblocking scene from the parks up to the peaks from the sky. We excitedly took the buggy from the ground floor provided by the hotel but didnt bug the padestrians a bit on the way to the Al-Fresco restaurants of the Suria Mall by the fountains. We had shrimp coctails at the Italian Cafe.+Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur Gobo Upstairs Lounge and Grill was the lunch served for us to a start the stay.

The stop between tea and dinner we had shrimp cocktail at Limoncello Bistro KLCC.

Our feeling was overwhelmed with proudness of the city with the tall buildings built the dream alive. +Tun Mahathir Mohamad our former PM was crossed in our top chat as he was the one that carved the concrete jungle for our convenience and enjoyment untraded mark of the country's capital city. We seized the day of the city by sightseeing. We wallked and talked about it as it is a citizen's crown on +Google maps

The night to remember we dinner out at +Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group KL's restaurant, the appetizer salad as the main course and ended the day with sleeping on a Sunday morning and dreaming living right in KL.

Azan / Panggilan

I listen to the adhzan from the muezzin, sometimes ago I continued doing my things synchronously but now I listen, sometime pause, ponder the words and raise two hands and cite doa like make a wish from my wishful thots like a little child, want this and want that. I lift up my body and perform prayers right after the beautiful song, sure my soul lights up. Pray, that lasts, Inshaa Allah

Saya dengar azan dari bilal, ketika dulu saya cuma sambung kerja sambil dengar tapi sekarang berhenti dan dengar dan hayati. Pasti angkat dua belah tangan berdoa, meminta-minta apa yang diinginkan seperti kanak-kanak yang mahu itu ini. Berdiri lekas dan mengambil wuduk selepas mendengar lagu panggilan solat yang enak, pasti memberi keenakan jiwa dan raga. Berdoa moga peka dan bertahan lama sedemikian rasa, Inshaa Allah

Succeed / Berjaya

I send my son to school so that he succeeds for today and hereafter, he makes the time to learn and fills the time with success that the aims are. Realised me, how I got him, it's all started in the prostration I asked Him to bring me a child, in sujud that is the succeed begins as I suddenly read in verses Surah 56 : Al-Waqi'ah - 56:62

And you certainly know already the first form of creation: why then do you not celebrate His praises?

56:63 "See you the seed that you sow in the ground? 64 Is it you that couse it to grow, or are We the cause? Were it Our Will, We could crumbel it to dry powder, and you would be left in wonderment, (Saying), "We are indeed left with debts (for nothing): Indeed are we shut out (of the fruits of our labour)".

Back to Saj'dah, prostration to doa for the best of children continues, for other matter that I have heart to have and need, specifically say them in Dua, Inshaa Allah.

Saya menghantar anak ke sekolah untuk dia mendapat manfaat hari ini dan hari akhirat, diberi keberkatan waktu untuk belajar dan berjaya kecapi kejayaan serta memberi syafaat adalah matlamatnya. Sedarnya saya semasa inginkan seorang anak, bermulanya berdoa dalam sujud dengan hati yang tulus inshaaAllah jalan yang berjaya dimakbulkan. Tibanya terbaca Surah 56 : Al-Waqi'ah - 56:62

"Dan sesungguhnya kamu telah mengetahui penciptaan yang pertama, maka mengapakah kamu tidak mengambil pelajaran (untuk penciptaan yang kedua)?"

56:63 "Maka terangkanlah kepadaku tentang yang kamu tanam? Kamulah yang menumbuhkanya atau kah Kami yang menumbuhkannya? Kalau Kami kehendaki, benar-benar Kami jadilah kamu heran tercengang. "(Sambil berkata): "Sesungguhnya kami benar-benar menderita kerugian, bahkan kami menjadi orang yang tidak mendapat hasil apa-apa".

Bersyukur dan berbalik berdoa dalam sujud untuk kebaikan anak-anak berterusan dan juga untuk hal yang amat perlu dan yang diingini, berdoa terperinci, Inshaa Allah

Saya merancang dari awal, memuji dengan nama Allah segala kejadian yang ditentukan, dan merasa lega dengan apa yang diputuskan olehNya bila terbaca Surah Al-Anfaal : 30

"Dan (ingatlah), ketika orang-orang kafir (Quraisy) memikirkan daya upaya terhadapmu untuk menangkap dan memjarakanmu atau membunuhmu, atau mengusirmu. Mereka memikirkan tipu daya itu. Dan Allah sebaik-baik Pembalas tipu daya".

Inilah perasaan saya bila artikel yang dihantar tidak terjawab, sekurang-kurangnya pihak editor majalah membalas email sebagai "courtesy" menunjukkan orang mukmin yang berbudi bahasa. Walahualam.

Doa menyempurnakan Diri

“Nikmatilah hak istimewa kita sebagai orang muslim mengangkat kedua belah telapak tangan dan berdoa kepada Allah taala bila-bila di mana sahaja”.

Berdoa sekaligus berbangga dan kagum kita mempunyai Tuhan yang Esa tapi merendah hati kepadaNya kerana memerlukan pertolongannya yakni berani menempuh hidup ini. Dengan praktis ini menarik permerhati juga menjadi pengikut, In shaa Allah.

Doa adalah penghubung untuk berbicara dengan Allah, dengan memulakan Ya, Allah”, di saat ingin berdoa bila terdetik dihati semasa hendak ke tempat kerja, atau pergi membeli-belah bak kata bila-bila sahaja diantara waktu solat. “Menunggu waktu solat untuk sesetengah umat satu penyeksaan sama seperti wanita dalam keuzuran memerlukan doa yang khusyuk, doa dalam sujud, bersujud syukur dan bersolat, hanya Tuhan yang maha tahu perasaan yang terpinggir tetapi dengan berdoa didalam hati pengobat segalanya".

Bernafas dengan berdoa adalah permulaan dan yakin akan kita diberi jalan yang benar untuk berusaha mengecapi hasrat. Bertahan, berserah dengan bertawakkal. Hati dan minda terbuka menerima kurniaan Nya dengan rasa tenang penuh redha. Berterima kasih, berbakti, berkongsi dan beribadah kerana bersyukur kepadaNya.

Sememangnya bersolat itu adalah doa yang bersistem dan berwaktu, di subuh kita mulakan hari yang indah yang penuh bermakna. Doa di hati juga mudah dan ringkas memulakan perbicaraan dengan Allah, yang perlu ialah “mahu, “mohon” padaNya, beribadat semoga “makbul” doa kita. In sha Allah kesedaran yang diperolehi untuk menjadi soleh/solehah dan muslim beriman.

Expressi dengan berdoa boleh mengingatkan Allah sentiasa serta menyempurnakan diri, melengkapkan diri dgn merindui Allah taala dgn berbicara dgnNya. Bila benar Cinta kepadaNya, bercakap dgn penuh kasih sayang padaNya. Semoga ingatan dan hubungan diantara kita dgnNya berkekalan. Mudah-mudahan akan kita menjadi cekal dan terus berdoa walaupun ada suara-suara mengatakan sabarlah tak dapat pun “tak pa”(jika mengiyakan adalah doa redha) teruskan dalam hati berdoa nauzubillahiminzaligh kerana ‘hindarilah kata mereka dgn izinMu” kerana hati masih hendak, dan doa berterusan supaya di hulur pemberian dariNya, dan Tuhan adalah harapan abadi.

 la ḥawla wa la quwwata illa billah (Arabic "لا حول ولاقوة إلا بالله")Tiada daya dan upaya melainkan dengan kuasa Allah.

Sememangnya berdoa diatas sejadah lebih selesa, sujud dengan perasan syahdu, In shaa Allah diterima oleh Allah dan secara tak langsung kita rasa sayu dan lega selepas bersolat. Rasa tenang dengan tawakkal yang Allah sentiasa bersama kita menentukan keadaan yang bersesuaian dengan citarasa kita, In shaa Allah.

Didik hati dengan sentiasa berdoa dibibir selari dihati terbuka untk menjadi lebih beriman. Pilih jalan yang terbaik yang Allah tunjukkan, pinta yang kita mahu, percayalah Allah yang memberi dan dari Allah jua kita meminta.

Fikir tentang apa kemahuan kita, apa yang kita hendak jadi atau dapat, fokus ke arah itu serta faham bagaimana untuk mendapatnya. Misalan, melihat orang sekeliling ada, melihatlah dengan positif didalam hati berdoa, bukan irihati tapi puji dengan nama Allah.  In shaa Allah itu la menjadi fiqah hidup kita mengecapi dengan berdiam kerana berdoa didalam hati, berdamai kerana tenang dengan aman berfikir malah di hati berdoa. Apabila rasa terdesak pun tidak melatah kerana doa adalah solusi meredakan keadaan, doa juga sumber segala kebaikan, kegembiraan dan sebagainya. Doa sahajalah yang boleh sebati dengan diri kerana boleh berada difikiran, dihati dan dibibir.

Berzikir itu juga berdoa Astaghfirullahal ‘Adzim al-Ladzii Laailaaha Illa Huwal Hayyul Qayyuumu wa Atuubu Ilaih. (Aku memohon ampunan kepada Allah Yang Maha Agung, tiada Tuhan selain Dia Yang Maha Hidup dan Memelihara (kehidupan), dan aku bertobat kepada-Nya).” (HR. at-Tirmidzi)., 

 

Biarlah dihati berdoa tanpa balasan kerana diri tidak mampu menghadapinya. Kebiasaan kita dengar berilah kekuatan diri untuk menghadapi ujian, jika benar hati itu tulus, teruskan tetapi jika tidak mampu, berterusteranglah pada diri sendiri dan pada Allah taala bahawa sememang belum bersedia untuk menghadapinya. Berdoalah “ ampun dosa ku tanpa balasan dan beri kebahagiaan dunia akhirat, permudahkan urusan dunia akhirat ku kerana kita hamba yang lemah lagi bergantung hanya pada Tuhan dan syurga matlamatnya.   

Surah An 'Nisaa Ayat 84.

فَقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لَا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفْسَكَ وَحَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَاللَّهُ أَشَدُّ بَأْسًا وَأَشَدُّ تَنْكِيلًا
Maksudnya: "Semoga Allah menahan kekuatan orang-orang kafir dan Allah yang lebih kuat dan lebih sangat siksaNya. Ya Tuhan yang Maha Pemelihara dan Maha Pemberi Keselamatan."

 

Kerana tidak berdaya, doa diatas adalah terbaik dgn izinNya semoga  aman abadi dengan amalan berterusan.

 

Dan terus berdoa yang spesifik apa yang perlu dimudahkan itu, inshaAllah dimakbulkan. “Dan juga) orang-orang yang sabar (dalam menjunjung perintah Allah), dan orang-orang yang benar (perkataan dan hatinya), dan orang-orang yang sentiasa taat (akan perintah Allah), dan orang-orang yang membelanjakan hartanya (pada jalan Allah), dan orang-orang yang beristighfar (memohon ampun) pada waktu sahur”.(A-li'Imraan 3:17)

Sebatinya doa dengan diri, sebutlah setiap penghabisan perbicaraan In shaa Allah, Nauzubillahimzaligh atau Alhamdulillah. It was nice to get back to physical exercise where you do with upper arms lower arms as much as your feet  to strengthen them. It was simple exercise, like stand upright, align the spine and neck together. Inhale, bend forward, hands on the ground, the whole palms on the ground, the fingers are not meant to be pressured during any position. Strongly grip the mat, knee bended...stretch the right leg first back til the end almost near the edge of the matt.

Palms are as foundation, another leg push back to plank position. endure the pose, inhale exhale inhale exhale then bring back each leg to your palms to standing forward bend then stand up, like a baby right..stand, then fall, on your stomach, come up, to stand up....when only palms and toes on the ground thats when the muscle of the arms need endurance and strong elbow to 90 degree... I miss exercising at the gardens actually...mmm. The whole physical movements that what I love the most...

Serai Wangi of the 3 things

Yes last night was the night I should jot down but I didn't, I just saved them in mind what should I do the next morning...several things actually...

1. Get serai wangi (the natural plant essential oil) sprayed outside -  from the home gate in since serai wangi works well inside the house...no more mossies as many... spray at the "courtyard" would give more shield to the "bugs" hopefully.
2. Make sure to use clothes pegs all the wet clothes hanged on the line to avoid dried clothes drop on the side yard tiles...never know right, what had just passed by...
3. Get the indoor clothes hang line too.

if any clothes fall on the floor, rewash for peace of mind.

Bekerjalah dengan ikhlas hari ini kerana ALLAH. Seandainya gaji kita sebanyak RM1k tapi kerja yang kita lakukan kurang dari nilai yang diberi,ALLAH akan tarik tanpa kita sedar. Bukan tidak dapat tidur tapi terlalu banyak idea dalam kepala hendak dikeluarkan...that's how its ended up with wide awake at night...as for me I will drink a glass of milk dan write out whats on my mind so that I have empty mind but full stomach to sleep like a baby.

Last night I was awake right after I lie down because thinking of to thank my sister for giving me the baju kurung and also to thank her and her son who is my favorite nephew for taking a lot photos of my son during our visit to their lovely home. A minute actions of a boy captured by his cousin. My bloggy friends are welcomed to check him out at this blog Live High 2 / Live High 1 of his sweet Aunty's. Visit her you will find peace and interesting chapter to Live highend life to the fullest not according to materialistic but materialise what are done living with God consent.

Talk about writing down whats on our mind is a good practice...is like ringankan fikiran sebab dah tulis dalam buku nota / digital pad...a next step is the action for the new day. Tiada alasan lagi sebab lupa..:)

I learned this from my late brother in law towards his children whether anybody realised it or I was a little sneaky but glanced a bit on the note pad of my nephews what they are written, its about the homeworks of subjects - the date given and the date to be submitted and its a cool practice...easy for parents to monitor them out and their time also filled with school stuffs.

Write it down book keeping, buku kemas kini bajet pun bagus untuk anak remaja atau primary students to learn what they hv done with their money given, doesnt matter duit belanja harian atau duit raya :)

Status - Setiap hamba ALLAH akan diberi ujian dari segi kewangan,keluarga dan sebagainya. Jangan sesekali kita berpaling kerana ujian itu adalah menunjukkan kita sentiasa diingati dan disayangi ALLAH. Para sahabat menangis memohon dan berdoa agar mereka diberi ujian, Setiap ujian akan mendekatkan diri kita kepada pencipta.

a day filled

This is how it started someone told me that she has something missing in her life whereas she has everything that no one could offer accept from God. I told her if she thinks there is emptiness somewhere that I could see is an empty day given to everyone is for us to fill up.

We could just focus in a day to look forward to pray on requiring times, not earlier or delay it but right after listening to the azan. Listening to the beautiful song (azan) eases mind and continue with some errands or office works before we would realised it at noon is already zohor time, and that is the goal for the day to pray on time. To be close to Him ending with demanding doas whatever you would like to ask. InsyaAllah Allah will grant us. Though those day exercises were my priority but it had changed.

Senam is good which i just started bact after given birth recently coz it gives u energy but solat gives you more. Senam is also to get to know yourself, your level of ablity and to stay young at heart which back to fun thinking like we used to. Some people mentioned anxiety, stress and all the words I knew it has something to do with feeling not good but why not use the word that give specific meaning like tired the solution take a rest or use worry money is less where the solution to do something gaining money with doas too. Too much work to finish then, divide work and manage time sort of like that I mean.

Dont use one line word or one line statement. There I go myself the word Dont. I suppose to use the one line message like "throw the trash in the trash bin" instead jangan buang sampah tapi tak sampai message buang sampah kat mana. With the kids also we better be specif, dont watch tv but what suppose the kids do, better say " read story book when mama comes home you can tell me about it" clear message save energy.

I didnt answer the questions so much I guess what did I do today...that's part of it that i did, i was on Facebook mostly as I have online shop and I also "like" some motivators page which i actively commented on their status. And I got a chance to chat up with my sweet lovely cousin of http://thatcutelittleromper.blogspot.com/  where you can get the best of little things to cheer you up, shhhh she met Shasha elite :) Visit her http://thatcutelittleromper.blogspot.com/ will light up your day :)

Fashionista - Post Natal

We all love clothes. Even if we don't spend our hard earned salary on clothes, we still enjoy them. We enjoy them on others, and we enjoy them on ourselves. We like critiquing them, and generally discussing them. S either for myself or for others. Once we get going, though, the ideas start to dry up especially when the clothes don't suit our body or our age. I am really into fashion since schooling days. Now the image had changed with kids in hands, I looked more like a kangaroo with baby carrier hanged on my body. The main vehicle is our body that we need to take care of, especially after giving birth. Fortunately,  I got a present from my sister, the set of post natal to get the body in shape, I cherished it as it worked well. Its a steps by steps way to back in shape internally and externally. I followed what to take from the beginning til end. Soon I will be back to same progress again, some say after second birth onwards is not easy but I don't want to believe it hehe...let see how it works for the second round steps after steps post natal to get a normal body weight. InsyaAllah it will work on me again. 

The set makes from the natural herbs to consume, some spices to drink,  some paste to applyH on and also something torturing cloth to wear on, I don't mind hehe...it's just for a short period of time. Must get in shape to start a new chapter of my life with kiddies. If some of you had tried but didn't see any different, please wait til your kids start walking, that's when you lose the baby fat by chasing them around :) The torturing device is the special girdle, better fasten it on all the time especially while eating, you get stuffed fast and push the plate aside :) This time around also I will try a set of new herbs from a friend's recommendation. Just looking forward to m looking forward to grabbing herbies. By the way the post natal provides herbs drinks to clean from inside and also herbs douche to clean inside from outside which can lead to pr- natal. So it is also a good info for those who intend to start a family or to add family member :))
