Dalam video cara penyediaan salad paling simple.



 Biar sedikit makan salad, tapi selalu 


Salad are full of vitamins, and easy to get them fixed. Mix salad are easy to get at any grocery store. Depends on the type of vegetables that you find but all of them have a high water content but don't let the toxins come along. So wash them appropriately before consuming. It is better to have them raw as cooking them may destroy the nutrients. 


There are many ways to prepare salad, the classic way is with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. When all in, mix well. As the way that I like to share is more simple.  Take the amount that you intend to have, get them wash. Make your own dressing like the above mention or buy the ready made dressing lie thousand island. The salad fills in the bowl, pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of dressing in the bowl. Close the lid and shake it well. 


Friday greetings. 


Salad mengandungi banyak vitamins. Penyediaannya juga mudah. Jangan biar toksik dari daunnya masuk ke tubuh pula, basuh dengan vege wash ke atau air garam terlebih dahulu. Dengan memasak salad, akan merosakkan khasiatnya. Jadi buat sendiri sos salad untuk salad mentah. Penyediaan yang mudah, jika bukan dari sos sedia dimakan, boleh ambil bahan dari dapur, madu, lada hitam, garam, jika ada cuka epal boleh di bancuh sekali, dan tuang atas salad dalam bekas bertutup. Seperti di video tu, sos salad dibeli, jadi cuma 2 bahan dan sebekas yang ada penutup. Isi salad bekas, bubuh sosnya, tutup bekas dengan penutup. Goncang.. Sedia dijamah. Jika ada telur rebus, potong letak atas daun disalut sos.

Laksa Johor / Southern Meal

Laksa johor sedap dari seseorang yang rapat. 



Bau kuahnya.. lapar tiba.. 


Special meal from someone special. Laksa Johor is a southern serving noodle with fish gravy, garnished with leaves, jerry onion. 


Tasteful thicked curry like gravy with spaghetti noodle good for noon and late evening. 


Tried to make it with chunked tuna of ayam brand. Almost came to the expected tasted. We did it last year PKP, not sure which pkp. But at least it help to satisfy the craves. 


Moga bahagia senantiasa. InshaAllah. 


Laksa Johor, makanan orang selatan, mee berkuah ikan pekat penuh rasa enak setiap detik dari bibir ke perut terasa kelazatannya. Pernah cuba masak laksa johor masa pkp tahun lepas dengan ikan tuna cap ayam. Sedap rasa kerisiknya, memang peminat kerisik. Rindu hari raya bila makan laksa johor. Alhamdulillah.


Teringat bila dapat laksa johor masa pkp, baunya pun  rasa terus terduduk tak jenguk belakang umah dah.. Selalu suka ambik gambar pokok,  tapj kali ni tunduk senyap. Alhamdulillah.

Arnab terlalu ganas kelaparan atau suka kesegaran, dalam video bagai meragut


Nasib tak gigit jemari, naluri merasa arnab menganas.. 


Coincidently just read about Leopar below, had their own way to teach their kids to hunt. The mother Leopard hunt a deer, but not hurt  to much but a bit of bleed to weaken the deer to move. The deer is placed infront of  the young  leopard mouth to allure for it to attack or grab the live stock in the picture below. 


That's how leopard teach the junior to hunt. As for our rabbit fluffy, we just feed, never tried to train for  eat freely. Recently, it is hard to get the hays for Fluffy due to lockdown , so I cut pegaga (water crest), grass, small plants like salad, fluffy just ran and bite agressively. I felt guilty that didn't reallize that she prefers grass all this while, at no time the green long grass started to disappear. I was thinking if ever we have a chance to travel, would we have to find rabbit care or find someone to take care of Fluffy. Another method that we're not sure (whether it will work or not) is to put plenty of potted plants around her enclosure, but her drinking water would be a challenge. Perhaps prepare many bottles of water. Would this be sufficient? 



Kebetulan baru terbaca tentang harimau bintang mengajar seni memburu kepada anaknya. Ibu harimau bintang menerkam rusa setakat luka, darah mengalir hanya melemahkan pergerakkan rusa, lepas tu bawa rusa yang cedera letak depan anak harimau bintang. Dari situ, anak rimau  akan belajar menerkam rusa yang bergerak-gerak. 


Manakala arnab di rumah sudah lama tidak merasa rumput kering, hanya diberi serat pellets.  Dulu pernah beri rumput dan adakala beri kebebasan ia berlari di remput tak pula Fluffy berhenti makan rumput atau pokok-pokok lain. Tergerak nak potong rumput, pegaga, pokok-pokok kecil, masukkab potongan semua itu didalam bekas. Ada sekali tu, mama genggam je potongan rumput tu, ingat nak letak dalam bekas yang sedia ada di kawasan Fluffy, syukur letak cepat-cepat, rupanya Fluffy menganas, terus meragut daripada tangan mama. Kadang terfikir juga kalau dah tak PKP dan boleh rentas bagai, siapalah nak jaga Fluffy. Atau letak bebanyak pokok pokok renek kat tepi rumahnya, dan letak botol air beberapa boleh ke Fluffy meneruskan kelangsungan hidup tanpa manusia. Cukup kah camni?

Chicken Kebab / Bertenang

Memasak sesuatu ala produksi, buat satu siap satu memang mencabar

Beratus minit dalam untuk sesuapan.. 


Mind over body, should think ourselves relax. Search a calm spot and concentrate on to calm the whole physical with first thing first, eg sit first or go for a walk slowly. You can try this while do stretching, or just look out side at a green area nearby or else the sky. Randomly I remind kids to relax their eyes after long online class or after free activities. Same for myself when preparing lunch this time is chicken kebab, I tend to expedite which is wrong as I suppose to enjoy doing it. Sit properly, take time cutting the ingredients, put aside the items for grinding. Cover the cut chicken with the ground  garlic, ginger etc. Sit again while put the ready chicken and vege to the sticks. Rotate meat with vege to make attractive hehe.. Cook rice, when its cooked, mix with butter then cook vege with meat ball gravy. Serve..

Fikir diri tenteram, ambil tempat yang senyap dan tumpu pada ketenangan supaya seluruh tubuh rasa juga tenang. Dengan langkah demi langkah boleh rasa    baru lepas rehat. Mengeliat, regangan seiring pernafasan.

Saja mengingatkan adik abang bertenang seketika merehatkan mata dan minda selepas belajar atau aktiviti bebas mereka. Sama buat diri sendiri, bila sibuk di dapur dengan penyediaan makanan orang turki, kebab ayam. Bila mula, rasa nak cepat-cepat siap, sebenarnya mama kena enjoy, sambil menyiapkan makanan. Perlahan potong, asing bahan yang perlu dikisar. Lumur ayam dengan bahan kisar. Duduk sambil menyucuk ayam, gilir dengan sayur, paprika apa apa aje yang memberi warna yang cantik hehe..

Masak nasi..

Nasi dah masak.. Gaul dengan butter.. Sayur masak dengan meatball gravy, hidang..

Tomato Juice| Senam Regangan

Buah tak cukup, nak buat jus




Senam regangan yang mencabar terpaksa selindung:)) 


Been missing so much of buying juice from outside. Think of this cafe and thought of that shop. Its a blessing indisguise that I suppose to upgrade and update my skills first and foremost. Previously i used to buy collagen supplements, but then Im trying to take the fresh food, and let the body do the work to develop collagen. The body needs collagen for joints not to mention as well as for supple skin. The supplements taken works when the body move a lot like walking, jogging or stretching. As long as the body warms up for smooth blood circulation. It is always better to make a point to exercise at the same spot is also possible as in the video. . Stretch out limbs sync with breathing could warms body up for good blood circulation. Actually wanted to make juice right, so opened the fridge, saw only one orange left, opened the vege's drawer. saw tomatoes. Took two tomatoes, the one and only orange and a glass of water. Cut the fruits in small size as the juicer required, pour water and blend. The whole mix will get 2 glasses of juice. For exercise, start brisk walking then proceed to jogging, slow but surely will get thd hang of it. Or do stretching like in the video, one spot exercise but need strong focusing... 


Love ourself, love others



Kerinduan membeli jus juga menjadi-jadi. Ingat kedai tu kedai ni, jadi lebih baik buat sendiri, hikmah pkp biar istiqomah dalam memajukan kemahiran diri. Dulu beli supplemen berkollagen, sekarang cuba makan yang segar, biar badan membuat kolagen. Kolagen elok untuk dalaman iaitu sendi-sendi.

Keanjalan kulit pun perlu kolagen. Makan supplemen pun kalau tak bersenam, peredaran darah kurang lancar pun tiada gunanya. Seeloknya  bersenam ringan atau buat regangan seiring pernafasan  dapat memanaskan badan, inshaAllah. 

Sebetulnya nak buat jus kan.. Buka peti sejuk tak ada pula buah, cuma sebiji buah oren, lihat dalam laci sayuran ada buah tomato. 

Ambil segelas air, 2 biji tomato dan sebiji buah oren.  Potong jika perlu bergantung kepada mesin juicer la. Lepastu masukkan semua potongan tadi dan masuk air mesin. Dapat dua gelas. Ngam ngam.. Berkenaan  bersenam tu, boleh mula berjalan perlahan dulu, berganjak ke laju sedikit hehe atau buat stretching reganng dalam video. Regangan setempat tapi perlu fokus yang kuat...

Cerianya bunyi-bunyian, misi menyelamat segolongan, terserempak sebatang kara pula. 

Setiap taburan di hargai, terutama si bapak 



Long months are gone  been safe at home Alhamdulillah. Got to go out to get sun exposure. Laziness had strucked too, struggling to defend. With strenght in mind, after asar solah, we went out for a walk. Out from the gate is the T junction, we chose walked straight ahead, the road that is opposite of home. Strolled straight, our right side is a playground as well as recreation spot. We didn't stop, neither kids want paused inside. Yellow tapes were obviously still sticked everywhere at the kids and basket ball court. Eventhough missing people, saw few heads, the familiar one was security staff. 

At our left is housing break with road that crossed and stumbled with a clan of two feets creature, many kind like turkey, chicken, roosters. They are seemed like abandoned. We planned to come back with bran in hands to feed them. As tomorrow comes, we were out to same spot where they hanged out. They cherished our present to feed them, all heads facing food that we threw. Alhamdulillah. Happy feet.

Beberapa  bulan duduk di rumah, hanya keluar untuk mendedahkan diri kepada sinaran matahari. Kemalasan juga melanda, jenuh melawan. Kuatkan minda, lepas asar keluar berjalan kaki, keluar pagar, ada simpang empat depan rumah, ambil jalan lurus bertentangan rumah. Jalan lurus, belah kanan ada taman beriadah, tak singgah adik abang pun tak terjah. Tape kuning masih berkerawang kawasan permainan, juga di bola jaring, walau rindu manusia, nampak ada, pegawai keselamatan dan beberapa kepala. Di sebelah kiri, ada rumah berselang jalan simpang tiga. Lurus ja tak belok, kami terserempak dengan sekumpulan beberapa jenis ekor ayam, ayam piru, ayam belanda, kami teruskan perjalanan, berancangan untuk kembali esok hari, berbekal dedak ayam atau roti buat jamuan ayam gelandangan ini. Kembalinya kami esok, mereka berkaki dua ini seakan menunggu kami, sambut baik, menunduk - menunduk makanan yang ditabur. Alhamdulillah.
