Multi grain porridge with mushroom soup | Bubur bijirin penuh dengan sup cendawan

Spring cleaning the ration's drawer, saw one last packet of  Campbell mushroom soup |

Mengemas laci simpan makanan, ternampak sup cendawan Campbell

Make the soup powder as flavour to the porridge |

Ambil serbuk cendawan sebagai perasa bubur


Simple breakfast, grain porridge, fruit cakes with yogurt, salad with half sliced of protein |

Sarapan ringkas,  bubur bijirin, kek buah dengan yogurt, salad dan separuh potongan protin 


Since I used to eat edamame at early morning, I tried to put petai for breakie. The taste of instant mushroom powder in the porridge was really good, the food technology in the instant food made you crave for more. Behind the purpose of the creation is to make customer to come for more. I saw in the documentary in Astro TV about food. That's what I saw and understand. 


Instant food not good taken as often but taking it makes the body not at sudden surprise and our body become tougher hehe.. 


It was a nice meal that morning, I was kind of lenient to myself. Having everything in one plate like being served during flight. Satisfied by serving little bit in one go. Love the concept like that. It won't be the same however, as the served done by the same person, seems she needs to sit longer but the meal finished fast and furious hehe.. Okay dokay

Saya biasa makan edamame diawal pagi, oleh itu saya cuba untuk mengunakan petai sebagai sarapan pula. Rasa perisa sup cendawan dalam bubur bijirin amat sedap sekali. Teknologi makanan didalam makanan segera membuatkan kita 'ketagih' mahu makan lagi. Begitulah disebalik ciptaan ini adalah supaya kita sentiasa mahu membelinya. Pernah saya tonton didalam satu rancangan dokumentari di TV Astro berkenaan makanan sebegini. Itulah yang saya lihat dan fahami. 


Makanan segera tak elok ambil selalu tetapi pengambilannya secara sesekali supaya tubuh tidak terkejut dan menjadi lasak  hehe.. 


Sedap sarapan pada pagi itu Alhamdulillah. Saya bersikap lembut diri sendiri. Hidangan 'semua dalam satu pinggan' rasa macam makan dalam pesawat lah pulak. Semuanya disajikan 'sedikit sedikit' sekali harung. Suka konsep begini. Tetapi taklah sama pasal yang melayan dan memakan tu orang yang sama kan.. Macam nak duduk lama, tapi makanan habis sekelip mata.. hehe, Oki doki.

The last slice of bread that I took for breakfast | Sekeping Roti akhir yang di ambil untuk sarapan


The journey began when I started taking breakfast without bread. I filmed it, I was excited to keep the only green after. It's just a journey right? Before that I still took bread, the photo showed only one slice. I dared to start without bread, nothing is wrong or right, it is just a change of menu:) 


Sad that bread is not in the morning agenda after this fish salad. At least I smile better, not as heavy cheeks  before hehe...That's the indication of fat or flabby feeling almost diminished. Not real I think, I made it as a reward to myself :) 


The ingredients:

    1.Fish

    2.Baby spinach

    3.Baby corn /mushroom

    4.Tomato cherry

    5.A slice of bread 

    6.Garlic

    7.Cooking oil


Usually add items below


    1.Raisins

    2. Salt

    3. Pepper

    4. Balsamic / smoked ceasar


The fish was cut many to distribute to few :) Hope I could make "healthy eating plate" lunch menu after this. Definition of healthy eating plate, consist carbo like grains, brown rice.  Yes still learning.

Perjalanan bermula apabila saya mula bersarapan tanpa roti. Tersimpan rakaman filem yang ada roti pula. Kira ini yang masih ambil lagi sekeping dalam foto tu. Saya teruja dapat bertahan dengan 'hijauan' selepas itu. Terlupa akan pernah ambil sekeping pula. Ia hanya perjalanan kan? Saya berani bermula tanpa roti, tiada yang betul atau salah, hanya pertukaran menu aje :) 


Sedih juga roti tak ada dalam agenda pagi hari. Sekurang kurangnya senyuman bertambah mudah, tak terasa berat di pipi hehe.. Petanda yang lemak pipi dah bekurangan. Tak benar kot.. Saja nak rasa macam tu untuk beri ganjaran pada diri :) 


Bahan bahan nya:

    1.Ikan

    2.Baby spinach

    3.Jagung muda /kulat

    4.Tomato ceri

    5.Roti

    6.Bawang putih

    7.Minyak masak

Selalunya letak bahan di bawah

    1.Kismis

    2.Garam

    3.Lada hitam

    4.Balsamic / Smoked Ceasar. 


Ikan dipotong kecil kecil sebab nak berkongsi dengan beberapa orang :) Teringin pula nak buat  "healthy eating plate" makanan tengahari pula.  Definisi "pinggan makanan sihat" ada karbo tetapi seperti bijirin, beras perang. Ya masih belajar.

Carrot Juice and Processed Protein on Green | Jus Lobak merah dan protin diproses atas hijau

Feel like Popeye or Peter Rabbit's Breakfast. 

 Dah rasa macam sarapan Popeye atau Peter Rabbit pula


The journey of vegetable kind of slow moving. Before it rotten, I made juice. 

 Perjalanan sayur-sayuran lambat pula bergerak. Sebelum rosak, buat dulu jus.



I'm getting use to taking salad's. Wake up every morning, grab salad, it's almost like habit but too early to highlight yet. 


It is not special or different anymore, as a pack of salad is RM8.90 which last four days for two eaters hehe..As for protein, it could be a bit pricey but will check it in detail. 


I wanted to cook soup with carrots but I don't have any potatoes. I also wanted to try an oriental breakfast with more vege in it. Day by day, 'tomorrow I will make' I keep on saying. Can't tolerate with procrastination anymore, I took out one carrot and blended it first for juice. 


More grand breakfast when fresh carrot juice landed on my small table. Overall, I'd say that day breakfast was full, energized. and fresher feeling for the eyes especially..


In Peter Rabbit's movie, there's a funny script where it goes like: "why I'm still fat, I only ate vege?" and the other rabbit said "it's the dressing, you put too much dressing" which kind of hilarious when thinking the rabbits eating salads with dressing (perhaps mayonise has fat or sugar).

Saya rasa dah terbiasa makan salad macam makan roti dulu. Bangun, capai salad, dulu bangun capai roti, terlalu awal nak 'highlight' atau heboh. 


Tak istimewa atau lain lagi  makan begini, satu pack salad RM8.90 bertahan empat hari untuk dua orang pemakan hehe..Mungkin protin mahal sedikit, nanti kita perincikan. 


Saya nak masak sup dengan lobak merah tapi tak ada ubi kentang pulak, nak cuba sarapan oriental yang ada lebih sayur, tak da idea lagi. Hari ke hari, cakap esok akan masak sup,. Dah tak boleh biar lagi asyik tertangguh, saya keluarkan lobak merah, potong, masuk dalam mesin pengisar dan buat jus. Lazat kan.


Jadi terlebih mewah la pula, jus mendarat di meja kecik ni. Keseluruhan sarapan hari tu, sangat kenyang, bertenaga dan rasa lebih celik dan segar.


Teringat skrip Peter Rabbit lebih kurang begini: "kenapa saya gemuk, hari hari makan sayur je pun", arnab lain jawab: "kerana sos dressing, ko bubuh banyak dressing", agak kelakar bila memikirkan arnab arnab tu makan dressing yang manis atau mayonis dengan sayuran. 


Itu saja buat hari ini, kalau ada menu yang lebih baik untuk pinggan sihat, jom share-share :)

Chicken Pattie Salad | Salad Burger Ayam

Simple breakie 4 in 1 | Sarapan  mudah 4 dalam 1


Have desserts cut 45° cut for dessert no. 1 while waffle 60° cut dessert no. 2,   Salad filled almost half plate , what size for the protein? 

Pencuci mulut kuih bulan potong 45° .waffle potong 60  Salad hampir separuh pinggan, protin kali ni apakah saiznya?



Grateful  for the beautiful morning, I love the color of green on the plate. I have not much idea to make it delicious. Everyday consuming salad, I feel like cannot take it, somehow rice meet the tastebud even if taken often. 


If I could find the reason. But I'll first find the solution. Still I put green and protein because it filled the tummy and fueled the energy. 


We had mooncake but I ate it in 2 days the size was as mentioned, or in the photo. Same goes to waffle. Salad laid half the plate and half of chicken pattie was quite filling. 


I feel at ease eating salad almost everyday now. Salad has vitamin C with folate too, my body feel much lighter. I even did a makeover the outdoor setting, clean it up. Satisfying I must say. 


Hope it may reminded me to continue :)

Syukur pagi yang indah, suka rona hijau di atas pinggan. Dah tak banyak idea, nak buat sarapan yang enak. 


Setiap hari pengambilan salad menjadi tak larat tapi kalau nasi hari-hari bole je diisi. Kalaula tahu sebabnya, tapi usaha cari solusi dulu. Berbalik ulang letak salad, mesti dengan protin tu pasti. Mengenyangkan, membekal tenaga. 


Kami ada kuih bulan tapi makannya  dua hari dari sebiji. Saiz macam dalam gambar atau disebut iaitu potongan 45°. Sama untuk waffle.  Salad separuh pinggan manakala daging ayam burger separuh juga tak sangka lebih dari mencukupi. 


Rasa tenang selepas amalan makanan seperti ini Alhamdulillah. Mungkin kandungan vitamin C menenangkan, tubuh pun rasa lebih ringan. Hingga terbawa-bawa ubah sesuai kawasan luar, cuci mengemas. Puas boleh diluahkan. 


Harap ia mengingatkan untuk teruskan :)
