Multi grain porridge with mushroom soup | Bubur bijirin penuh dengan sup cendawan

Spring cleaning the ration's drawer, saw one last packet of  Campbell mushroom soup |

Mengemas laci simpan makanan, ternampak sup cendawan Campbell

Make the soup powder as flavour to the porridge |

Ambil serbuk cendawan sebagai perasa bubur


Simple breakfast, grain porridge, fruit cakes with yogurt, salad with half sliced of protein |

Sarapan ringkas,  bubur bijirin, kek buah dengan yogurt, salad dan separuh potongan protin 


Since I used to eat edamame at early morning, I tried to put petai for breakie. The taste of instant mushroom powder in the porridge was really good, the food technology in the instant food made you crave for more. Behind the purpose of the creation is to make customer to come for more. I saw in the documentary in Astro TV about food. That's what I saw and understand. 


Instant food not good taken as often but taking it makes the body not at sudden surprise and our body become tougher hehe.. 


It was a nice meal that morning, I was kind of lenient to myself. Having everything in one plate like being served during flight. Satisfied by serving little bit in one go. Love the concept like that. It won't be the same however, as the served done by the same person, seems she needs to sit longer but the meal finished fast and furious hehe.. Okay dokay

Saya biasa makan edamame diawal pagi, oleh itu saya cuba untuk mengunakan petai sebagai sarapan pula. Rasa perisa sup cendawan dalam bubur bijirin amat sedap sekali. Teknologi makanan didalam makanan segera membuatkan kita 'ketagih' mahu makan lagi. Begitulah disebalik ciptaan ini adalah supaya kita sentiasa mahu membelinya. Pernah saya tonton didalam satu rancangan dokumentari di TV Astro berkenaan makanan sebegini. Itulah yang saya lihat dan fahami. 


Makanan segera tak elok ambil selalu tetapi pengambilannya secara sesekali supaya tubuh tidak terkejut dan menjadi lasak  hehe.. 


Sedap sarapan pada pagi itu Alhamdulillah. Saya bersikap lembut diri sendiri. Hidangan 'semua dalam satu pinggan' rasa macam makan dalam pesawat lah pulak. Semuanya disajikan 'sedikit sedikit' sekali harung. Suka konsep begini. Tetapi taklah sama pasal yang melayan dan memakan tu orang yang sama kan.. Macam nak duduk lama, tapi makanan habis sekelip mata.. hehe, Oki doki.

  1. Kalau yang dalam peket, sup cendawan macam kurang cendawan. Suka dalam tin.
    Sedap sarapan puan, buat sedikit setiap elemen.

  8. Thank you for your video. I enjoy watching it. It has birds singing songs in the morning and seeing your cafe breakfast really brightens my day to know that someone out there aka you, enjoy the little details of everyday life by making breakfast so lovely to look at. Not only lovely but healthy too, with lots vegetables and fiber in the cereal. I love to eat breakfast like this, absolutely is cafe breakfast. 👍😋🥰

  12. Aittt pagi-pagi sarapan petai...memang rare le. Selalu petai buat masak sambal tumis je sodap. Mush room sop cuba buat beli yang tin tapi tidak sama macam kat piza hut. Kena cuba cari lain lah pulak
