I searched for an easy and simple recipe | Saya cari resepi yang mudah dan ringkas.
When I started eating cake, I always tend to eat more. Oops! It's just one of my myth theory on my craving for sweetness lol. Nevertheless, when I saw fruits on top of a cake that blogger Kathy made, immediately I would thought it's healthy food, my psychology perspective.
I kinda tweaked the recipe a bit and added one cup of oats. My original tendency was to put only oats but I feared that the cake won't turn up fluffy (It could become a solid cake that we called locally "bengkang".
Loved how the cake turn up to be, it was delicious and yummy, a slice each day, after I had it, I'm looking forward to another dayðŸ¤

Bila dah mula menjamah kek, saya selalunya terlajak makan. Oops! Ini teori mitos saya berkenaan ketagihan makanan manis saya ni lol. Namun begitu, bila nampak buah buahan diatas kek yang blogger Kathy buat, terus ingat macam makanan sihat, kecenderungan psikologi saya.
Saya mengubah resipi ni sikit dengan menambah secawan oats. Asalnya saya nak ganti terus tepung dengan oats tapi takut pulak kek ni tak naik gebu dan akan jadi macam bengkang.
Gembira lihat kek ni menjadi, dengan rasanya sedap dan lazat. SubhanAllah Hari hari makan sepotong, dan dengan bersemangat menanti hari esok :)
