Stir Fry Sawi with Tamban Fish

Find its funny when i have to translate the name of the fish. If i choose it in english i myself wont recognise it later haha.. I like to practice writing in english as  to improve it as well. Kind of tedious actually.  Ok we had stir fried sawi on 18 July 2021. The process took so long coz i took out the fish scales and bones as in the video. Manageable and had a good meal for break the fast, more green that night. Alhamdulillah. We still have  dried tamban fish. How should we cook it? Any idea?

Sawi goreng dengan ikan tamban. Bila nak menterjemah nama ikan tu pun nak tergelak sebab nanti tak kenal ikan apa pulak masa depan nanti haha. Berbalik kepada menterjemah nama ikan.. Saja latih menulis dalam inggeris untuk memahirkan juga. Terlalu meneliti, tak mudah sebenarnya,. Ok kami makan sawi goreng ikan tamban  pada 18 julai 2021. Memakan masa memproses tanggalkan sisik ikan, tulang dan kikis isi tepi2 sebab sayang hehe.. Terselesai dan Alhamdulillah dapat berbuka  lebih hijau malam tu. Ikan tamban kering masih ada lagi beberapa ekor, masakan apa patut buat? Ada idea ke?

Strawberry Chocolate / Coklat Stroberi

Diluar tupai bermain ke bergaduh, Alhamdulillah sempat videokan

The sour strawberies could be fixed with in many ways. If ever seen strawberries sold at the hut or in the grocers, just stop and buy. Depends on your instinct, feel like eating or let it past by. I never had to worry whether its sweet or sour as it is easy to make it yummy to indulge. One of the way is to cut them in sizes as desired, pour about  1 or 2 teaspoon of icing sugar and mix. Ready to eat. But this time around i was eager to go out and get fresh air, threw the edible for all to eat like some snacks in a tray, hersey chocolate sauce for  strawberry dipping. Pick it up and we are out yes out but still inside the fence. Yeah still in lockdown ma.. Saw squirrels were playing or fighting, lucky to film it in video. 

Deep Breathe outside.. Inhale.. 

Stroberi yang masam boleh dimaniskan dengan berbagai cara. Kalau ternampak stroberi dijual di pondok atau pasaraya, jangan khuatir tentang manis atau masam sebab senang ja nak bagi sedap. Salah satu cara, potong stroberi sesuka besar mana, letak gula icing sebanyak 1 atau 2 sudu, gaul rata. Sedap di makan setelah siap. Tapi kali, tak sabar nak cepat sebelum hari gelap, saya masukkan makanan ringan yang rasa semua makan, letak dalam talam, termasuklah sos coklat hershey untuk dimakan dengan stroberi terutama untuk adik 

Angkat talam, langkah keluar, masih dalam pagar na.. Lockdown la sangat.. 

Bernafas mendalam...bila di luar.. 

Creamy egg of mother's recipe / Telur leleh resepi bonda

Dalam video ada, Telur diproses, makan sekelip mata, membaca dengan adik, sempat Alhamdulillah

Got a chance to read with adik after making simple breakfast, that's the good thing of quick morning fix. 

As I remember my mom made creamy egg sandwich was so juicy. We did rotation of eating eggs (for health concious i think as mom worked in health industry). Every other week we got to eat mouth watering sandwich yet derailed hehe.. .  Somehow am missing my younger days that my mom would left letters to me on dining table before she left for work. 

Ok back to stirred egg or omelet/ scrambled (new age). I tried to make the kind of egg like my mom did but didnt ask her. I assume last time, perhaps she would cook with butter not at earlier age, so I really wanted to do it authentically, raw with oil. Alhamdulillah, I've made it, the past come to live.

Love and miss my mom, will see my parents soon. InshaAllah. Have a blessed day. 

Dapatlah baca2 bila persediaan sarapan mudah dan cepat. Itulah kelebihannya. 

Seingat-ingatnya, emak saya masak telur sangatlah sedap berjus, berkrim. Tak selalu makan telur, makan catu-catu jugak sebab emak kerja di pusat kesihatan tapi terbabas jugak hehe..

Teringatlah pula emak suka tulis surat dan letak di atas meja makan sebelum keluar pergi kerja.

Sekarang mama nak cuba buat seperti mak tok masak telur kacau lembut, telur hancur, atau telur dadar. Rasa masa tu mungkin emak saya guna mentega tetapi rasanya bukan masa pertama kali saya makan. Jadi mama bayangkan telur kacau lembut yang asli, mesti dengan minyak dan telur je tak da la susu bagai. Alhamdulillah menjadi, masa makan ja memori dulu kala kembali terasa. 

Sayang dan rindu ibubapaku, tak lama lagi dapat jumpa. InshaAllah.

White Flag Lockdown Help |Satay Nasi Impit Magic

Nasi Impit in the making :)) 

At this difficult time, (different time, prefer to use positive word) , malaysians had volunteerily initiates campaign of raising white flags to those in need food and essential items.  Lives had been easier to many ever since. Thankful to the NGO members' initiative and cares. Alhamdulillah. 

We also prudent in some ways yet hope by buying products from small business would contribute little helps as well.  We bought frozen satay  that comes with peanut gravy, from there we knew the aid went to the workers up to the delivery guys.

Satays are street food that went up to the 6 stars skyscrapers hotels. But satays that we bought was not complete with onions, cucumber and pressed rice (nasi impit) . We tried to make it real with prepared those especially the rice like magic. Pressed cold rice in container, poke it out, ting!. The enjoyment spreads. MashaAllah. 

Hope everyone is safe, healthy, more rizq and loved. 

Kehidupan makin sukar nauzubillaiminzalik, ( boleh ke ganti dengan keadaan makin lain suka perkataan positif) dengan keadaan sekarang. Dengan initiatif rakyat malaysia mengusahakan kibar bendera putih bagi yang memerlukan barang keperluan dan makanan. Kempen ini telah menyelamatkan ramai dan memudahkan kehidupan. Bersyukur dengan initiatif dan keprihatinan rakyat NGO malaysia.

Kami juga berpada-pada dalam perbelanjaan, tapi membantu dengan membeli. Salah satunya membeli dari peniaga kecilan, satay beku dan kuah kacang. Harapan dari pembelian itu menolong pekerja, pengeluar semestinya hingga ke staf penghantaran. InshaAllah.

Satay ni makanan warung di tepi jalan melonjak naik hingga didalam menu hotel 5 bintang pencakar langit. Satay yang dibeli tidak dilengkapi dengan nasi impit serta potongan bawang dan timun. Kami sediakan hidangan seperti asal. terutama nasi impit, secara kretif, macam ajaib pula. Nasi dihimpit dalam bekas, ketuk keluar, wah jadila. Nikmat tersebar ke anak2 la. MashaAllah.

Didoakan semua sihat, selamat, dimurahkan rezeki dan disayangi💖
