Amazing international gateway | Tempat peranginan antarabangsa

The highland that is high enough to have a cooler weather from the capital city. It's 51Km far away from the city yet easy to get up and down since the existence of the cable car service. 

Take another ride by bus, car or drive fom KL city, stop at the lower station, about 4km below the peak. Actually we could drive direct up to the peak. Off course, we wanted to experience the ride and enjoying the view. 

The old cable car operated from 1997 - 2016. The new one has better view. Need to check if I have the video on this. 

The old one was quite stiff that made it special. 

My kids were little back then, they never been to theme parks, I rather let them experience the real ride like this. Expedition to nature or city with different vehicle or transporation if any. 

Hope you enjoy the ride, it was short coz at the time, video was not in trend yet right hehe.. The snippet is good to pursue a trip with the new cable car with better filming.

Tanah tinggi yang mempunyai cuaca sejuk tak jauh dari kota. 51km jauh dari KL tapi senang naik turun kerana adanya kereta kabel.

Naik kenderaan lain dulu dari KL dimana boleh menaiki bas atau kereta, memandu sendiri hingga sampai ke stesen bawah lebih kurang 4km jauhnya dari puncak. Sebenarnya boleh memandu hingga kepuncak, tetapi sudah tentu mahu kelainan dan alami menaiki kereta kabel serta menikmati pemandangan indah dan permai itu. 

Kereta kabel yang lama ini telah beroperasi dari 1997 hingga 2016, lalu ditamatkan khidmatnya apabila laluan kereta kanel yang baru mulai beroperasi     sejak 2016. Pemandangan dari kereta kabel yang baru itu lebih indah. Saya mungkin ada menyimpan rakaman video mengenainya.

Anak anak pun masih kecil semasa rakaman video diatas dibuat. Mereka tak pernah ke taman tema lagi. Alhamdulillah saya lebih suka mereka mengalami menaiki kenderaan sebenar seperti ini lagi. 

Pengembaraan ke alam semula jadi atau ke kota dengan menaiki kenderaan yang berlainan jika boleh.

Diharap semuanya menikmati video yang dipaparkan. Tak berapa panjang sebab zaman tu tak berapa trendy lagi kan..moga paparan ni dapat menaikkan semangat untuk merancang expidisi baru dengan kereta kabel baru dengan lebih baik pembikinannya.

Feel like Popeye or Peter Rabbit's Breakfast. 

 Dah rasa macam sarapan Popeye atau Peter Rabbit pula

The journey of vegetable kind of slow moving. Before it rotten, I made juice. 

 Perjalanan sayur-sayuran lambat pula bergerak. Sebelum rosak, buat dulu jus.

I'm getting use to taking salad's. Wake up every morning, grab salad, it's almost like habit but too early to highlight yet. 

It is not special or different anymore, as a pack of salad is RM8.90 which last four days for two eaters hehe..As for protein, it could be a bit pricey but will check it in detail. 

I wanted to cook soup with carrots but I don't have any potatoes. I also wanted to try an oriental breakfast with more vege in it. Day by day, 'tomorrow I will make' I keep on saying. Can't tolerate with procrastination anymore, I took out one carrot and blended it first for juice. 

More grand breakfast when fresh carrot juice landed on my small table. Overall, I'd say that day breakfast was full, energized. and fresher feeling for the eyes especially..

In Peter Rabbit's movie, there's a funny script where it goes like: "why I'm still fat, I only ate vege?" and the other rabbit said "it's the dressing, you put too much dressing" which kind of hilarious when thinking the rabbits eating salads with dressing (perhaps mayonise has fat or sugar).

Saya rasa dah terbiasa makan salad macam makan roti dulu. Bangun, capai salad, dulu bangun capai roti, terlalu awal nak 'highlight' atau heboh. 

Tak istimewa atau lain lagi  makan begini, satu pack salad RM8.90 bertahan empat hari untuk dua orang pemakan hehe..Mungkin protin mahal sedikit, nanti kita perincikan. 

Saya nak masak sup dengan lobak merah tapi tak ada ubi kentang pulak, nak cuba sarapan oriental yang ada lebih sayur, tak da idea lagi. Hari ke hari, cakap esok akan masak sup,. Dah tak boleh biar lagi asyik tertangguh, saya keluarkan lobak merah, potong, masuk dalam mesin pengisar dan buat jus. Lazat kan.

Jadi terlebih mewah la pula, jus mendarat di meja kecik ni. Keseluruhan sarapan hari tu, sangat kenyang, bertenaga dan rasa lebih celik dan segar.

Teringat skrip Peter Rabbit lebih kurang begini: "kenapa saya gemuk, hari hari makan sayur je pun", arnab lain jawab: "kerana sos dressing, ko bubuh banyak dressing", agak kelakar bila memikirkan arnab arnab tu makan dressing yang manis atau mayonis dengan sayuran. 

Itu saja buat hari ini, kalau ada menu yang lebih baik untuk pinggan sihat, jom share-share :)

Just to show adik what and how to recycle some of the things. Love to hoard some or donate.  Usually I hoarded or transit things to a  place in the house, then only give them to the people who collected recycle scraps.  I love things, it's kinda hard to let go of anything, everything has a potential of becoming useful somewhere in my perspective. 

I've been to the Eco shop; where almost all things inside the store have a RM2 price tag. I couldn't resist to buy fake flowers. I am not a fan of plastic flowers, but real flowers come and go faster before you could enjoy them; So.. these fakey came in handy. 

So for this DIY project, there were 5 items:

    1. Rope - natural brown or white           would looked good. 

    2. Can - size up to you. 

    3. Glue

    4. Flowers

    5. Label sticker (farmhouse style) 

Apply glue around the tin can and go around it with the rope string til the whole can is covered. Stick the labeling sticker to your liking. And it's completed on the decoration part. Of course the next thing to do was arranging the flowers inside, which you can do as per your creativity flow.

Just love that farmhouse look style. It's simple to make and it make use of the recycle items. Actually you can also pick real flowers and dry them and use them to add the farmhouse elements.

Hanya berkongsi dengan adik cara menguna pakai bahan kitar semula untuk sesetengah benda. 

Suka menyimpan, sayang nak buang. Kadang beri kepada jiran, kadang transit satu tempat di dalam rumah, baru bawa keluar. 

Suka semua barang, nampak saja setiap benda tu ada banyak pontensinya, ikut perspektif minda. 

Pergi ke kedai eco, yang mana hampir semua barang barang nya berharga RM2 serba satu; Tak boleh tahan, nak beli bunga. Sebenarnya tak gemar bunga plastik pun. Bunga segar selalunya melayukan diri sebelum dapat dinikmati. Jadi.. akar pun berguna kan.. 

Untuk DIY ni, ada lima bahan

1.Tali - kalau boleh yang warna natural coklat atau putih. 

 2.Tin kosong - sais ikut suka

 3.Gam

 4.Bunga

 5. Stiker label berkonsep Rumah           Ladang

Sapu gam disekeliling  tin susu kosong. Lilit hingga penuh tertutup tin. Lekat stiker label di tengah tin. Letak bunga di dalamnya ikut minda kreatif masing masing, siap dah. 

Rasa menarik berelemen rumah ladang. Ringkas, guna kembali dari barang kitar semula. Cuma bunga plastik kurang sesuai, lebih elok ambil bunga betul, keringkan dan gunakan untuk menambah elemen rumah ladang.

Pretty sky, almost like Autumn but there is coconut tree as spoiler | 

Langit redup bagai musim luruh tetapi ada pula pokok kelapa..tak mungkin ada negara empat musim. 

Expect the best and hope it's filling of taking two items this morning | Bersangka baik dan mengharap dua bahan ini akan mengenyangkan

Just to jot down that l prepared eggs differently. And only took two items for the morning. Was surprised that I felt full til lunch. I tried to monitor my feelings of anger or hunger, neither one appeared to feel. I assumed I will take eggs for breakfast at least two time in a week. This was first time and too early to say though hehe.. I wanted to add dessert but then I tried to experiment without it.  

Ceasar Salad Recipe with boiled eggs that I used to take has bread croutons, I could make them with the bread but it didn't crossed my mind. Should be better if I did. By the way,  I broke the eggs into  bowls and steamed in the cooker. 

Just sharing the recipe, it's okay to take anything, all in the state of mind, my mother used to say   that and the same words come from someone whom ate from a workplace's canteen and rrstaurant. So think healthy.

Nak catitkan cara berlainan yang telah saya sediakan telur untuk sarapan. Cuma ambil dua bahan pagi tu. Terkejut rasa kenyang hingga ke tengahari Alhamdulillah. Cuba juga pantau perasaan marah atau lapar mara di perut, tidak sama sekali. 

Saya andaikan saya akan ambil telur dua kali untuk sarapan dalam seminggu, tetapi terlalu awal untuk putuskan hehe.. Tercari-cari pencuci mulut tetapi nak uji ketahanan tanpanya masa ni. 

Resepi salad ceasar yang saya pernah makan ada ketulan kiub roti kering,  senang nak buat tapi tak terfikir pulak sebelum menjamah. Lagi kenyang kut kalau ada. Oh ya cara kukus, pecahkan telur  dalam mangkuk dan kukus dalam periuk cooker. 

Saja kongsi resepi, yang sebenar makan yang lain pun tak pa semuanya adalah di minda saja, emak biasa cakap begitu,  dan kata-kata itu juga keluar dari seorang yang makan dari juadah kantin masa kerjanya atau kedai. Jadi fikir yang baik-baik saja.

Basics are small rocks, soil, mold and small plants. 

 keperluan asas ialah batu kecil, tanah dan lumut.

Adik was free in the morning, I asked her to join me to feed the birds. When we were outside I felt so fresh and heavy heart to go back inside the house. 

The ventilation in the house was

 not fresh as we closed all window except one or two. During physical school she would go out and school ventilation is way better. 

I got an idea to make terrarium as I think it is cute. A tiny garden in the a jar. The coway lady who came had ever bought out creation. 

Items needed

Empty Jam Jar or mayonaise Jar

Pebbles

Soil 

Mold

Small Plants

Tools small spoons will do. Mold can be found at top of the drain but can be replaced with sands to cover the soil. I have chosen one photo for you to see as some kept in the external harddisk.  In the video I used smaller jar.

Adik ada masa lapang di waktu pagi, saya ajak dia turut keluar memberi makan burung. Bila dah berada di luar rasa sayang pula nak tinggal udara segar dingin di luar. 

Semasa di sekolah adik akan dapat pengudaraan yang lebih bagus. 

Perudaraan di dalam rumah kurang segar kerana satu atau dua tingkap saja di buka, kecik je pulak tu. Belum ada net lagi.

Saya dapat idea nak buat terarrium. Kami dah pernah buat sebelum ni. Bila adhoc ni macam kurang bahan. Comel taman kecil ni, bercucuk tanam tapi dalam bekas kecil. Pernah pekerja coway beli hasil kerja kami. Alhamdulillah.  Saya letak gambar satu untuk tatapan manakala yang dalam video guna botol lebih kecil.

Anak-anak pokok yang kecil

Alatan tu boleh je guna sudu yang tak digunakan lagi. Lumut boleh didapati di lereng parit ataupun letak pasir hanya untuk menutupi tanah.
