Kulit popia, dijadikan experimen
Resepi ikut selera, sos cili dicampur sekali
One morning, my mom called and asked us to order nasi lemak for her, the way she described the kind of nasi lemak for her and my dad made me drooling! It was early in the morning, I was thinking what to blog, and what to eat. She said hello asking me to buy her delicious nasi lemak with this and that, without that and this hehe... Since I mentioned about my mom, my mom told me that she onced asked a cook at the nasi kandar restoran to not make too spicy not too salty on the order, and turned up, the cook offered her the stove to cook by herself! customer was right or wrong?? hehe..but mom always left people happy when she leaves.
As a matter of fact, If I happened to be at the restaurant that my parent normally go, most of the worker would ask where are aunty and uncle (popular since they frequently patronized the places & tipping generously).
When I'm starting to blog again, I promised myself not to blog too much personal stuff. I once asked my mom, why dad talked about this and that, then mom said, people just listened and get over it and not even analysing it.
Ok, back to my mom order withnasi lemak that end with giving tips to the rider, lead me to order for ourselves too. I clicked on 'Bungkus Kaw' , nasi lemak daun pisang, searched for nyonya kueh, there were none, but saw chee cheong fun, so thinking in my mind, I want to make my own chee cheong fun with the stuffs at home. Furthemore, I know the taste as I had it before. Similar as yong tau foo sweet sauce but not really the same.
The ingredients that I used are:
Popia sheet
Nut and sesame seed
Sauce Recipe
1 tbs of soy sauce
1 tbs coconut sugar
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs chilli sauce
1 tsp corn flour mix with lil water
Methods:
Roll popia sheets. Put them in rice cooker and steamed.
Roast the seed and smash nuts
Mix all sauces and heat up add corn mixed with water. Cut the the soft popia sheet and served on saucers and top with sauce with sprinkling nuts and seeds
The taste is amazing and delicious, so nice to have this meal which is oilless, but sweet. Everything has it's pros and cons, just alternate it but not too often. The best is have the variety.
Happy monday❤️
Saya pun pernah bertanya ibu saya, bapa saya cakap tentang kita dekat individu begitu begini, ibu cakap tak pa, mereka dengar tapi tidak menganalisa.
Kulit Popia
Kacang goreng
Bijan
Resepi Kuah:
1 sb kicap masin
1 sb gula perang buah kelapa
1 sb gula melaka
1 sk tepung jagung dicanpur sedikit air.
Cara penyediaannya:
Sangai bijan. Kacang dihancur dalam beg plastik kecil.
Campur semua bahan sos, panaskan masuk air & tepung jagung.
Salam bahagia hari Isnin♥️
