cendawan berisi | stuffed portabello


Terima kasih kepada Kak Noor dan Nohas memberi inspirasi untuk masak sendiri mushrooms besar ni, cendawan sumbat. Biasa makan kulat ni di rumah kakak, al maklum la anak-anak sedara berdarah campur kulat pun lain dari lain. Emak cakap kakak masak sedap sebab letak bahan-bahan mahal dan sedia sedap bila masak skit  ja..pun rasa enak.

Ok semalam saya pun cuba.. risau bunyi bising di dapur budak-budak turun akan makan masa melayan dari makan kulat pula nanti.

Bahan cuma ayam cincang dan bawang kuning. Bawang holland ye namanya ni bila pan fry lama boleh jadi caramel manis.. kena tanya chef atau jap lagi saya google.

Orang yang nak makan sama pun tolong.  Letak dalam oven, duduk potong buah plums dah tit tit tit bunyi oven. Letak elok elok, angkat garpu cucuk, potong skit ngap mmmm sedapnya mmm terasa di bibir lagi ni.. nikmati tidak lama coih anugerah Allah Fadya turun dengan goggle siap berkasut raya.. aii dah tak sabar ye nak raya.. sampai tak bole tido ye nak :) takkan la nak sambung dating, ngap laju-laju.. bawa bertenang dengan puteri la

Speghetti laksa johor/focus

Alhamdulillah Faiq 2 tahun 4 bulan masa raya, makan sendiri. Faiq ni memang fokus, kalau makan, dia makan dulu lepas tu baru main. Mungkin sebab masa baby kami letak kertas putih yang di lukis dot dot berbagai design untuk dia tengok. (nasihat seorang rakyat america sebab tengok anak dia focus sangat).

Thank Allah that Faiq 2 years old 4 months during raya, he ate by himself. He is a focused boy, if he eats, he eats first. After he finished he starts to play.
Maybe because while he was a baby we put paper which drawn dots with many designs on it for him to look at. (advice from an american because we see his kids)

Breakfast Berteman

Seronok dapat bersarapan dengan ex-Teacher Faiq, walaupun berperang juga dengan Fadya, nak tu nak ni mmm. Bersembang dengan Teacher, dia ada sebut tentang Little Caliphs berdekatan dengan rumah, teruja saya. Tiba-tiba en hubby call, terus saya cakap tentang yang diperbualkan dan minta papa Faiq check kan.

Kami pun tak makan dengan khusyuk kerana kena tengok-tengok Fadya yang tak minum jusnya lagi, tapi inginkan teh tarik kami pula.


Having a good time get to have breakfast with former Teacher of Faiq's eventhough we struggle to make Fadya sits still, where she wants this and that. Chit chating with her, she came up that the Little Caliphs is around our neighbourhood area, I am excited. Suddenly my phone rang from my mr hubby, so I asked him to check it our since we were talking about i.

We hardly eat as we had to look after Fadya who wanted our teh tarik instead of her juice this time haih..

The Loaf, Pavillion


Bila Tun Mahathir menyuarakan hasratnya untuk mempunyai cafe ala Fresco seperti di eropah, ada yang menyatakan Malaysia panas, jadi kipas berwap air di keluarkan, wujudlah cafe untuk bersantai di luar bangunan tetapi yang proper (tempat yang selamat). And I like :)

KUALA LUMPUR (July 9, 2013): Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has expressed hope that 'The Loaf', Malaysia's premium Japanese-inspired bakery, will spread its wings abroad to countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.

Mahathir, who is The Loaf chairman, also hopes the bakery would be franchised once it is ready to open up to other parties.

"At the moment we're not confident just yet. We don't want the franchisees to lose money, we want them to make money. I think one day when we are more confident we will expand the business," he said at the 'Taste the Experience of Sweet Indulgence' event at The Loaf outlet in the Sogo shopping mall here today.

Also present were his wife Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali and The Loaf managing director Jiro Suzuki.

The event saw the launch of The Loaf's improved signature products, the Creamy Ampan (Japanese red bean buns) and U-hu-hu cheesecake. It was also the official launch of The Loaf Sogo as the 11th outlet.

The Loaf concept offers Japanese-style bread and pastry items baked by Japanese master bakers using premium quality ingredients, mostly imported from Japan and Europe.

The first outlet was opened in Langkawi in 2006 followed by several others including at Empire Shopping Gallery, Subang Jaya; Pavillion Kuala Lumpur; Bangsar Village II and The Mines.

The Creamy Ampan, a fluffy bun with red bean filling, is offered in three flavours – Fresh Cream, Expresso Coffee and Green Tea.

"Unlike other buns and pastries that we enjoy while it's hot, this Ampan is best served chilled because of its cream filling," said Suzuki.

The U-hu-hu range, introduced five years ago, is offered in two cream-based doughs.

U-hu-hu cheese is baked cheesecake with an improved recipe, being less cheesy and less sweet with a non-fruit base, while the U-hu-hu Cream is a non-baked cream cheesecake with a fresh and lightly sour taste, and is yogurt cream-based.

The Creamy Ampan is available at all outlets from today while the U-hu-hu, offered in 19 flavours, is available on July 15.

Today's event also served as an advance celebration of Mahathir's 88th birthday, which falls on July 10 (tomorrow).

Both he and his wife, whose birthday falls on July 12, blew candles served on a three-tier U-hu-hu cheesecake. – Bernama

Serina Chef Wan Restaurant

Makan tengahari bersama Fadya dan keluarga di Char Kuey Teow Serina Chef Wan di The Strand. Restauran yang selesa untuk menjamu selera, pencuci mulut di sana juga sangat sedap.


It is a cosy restaurant to have an authentic moist fried flat mee, char kuey teow. It is tasteful yet make you full too.  Desserts were just yummylicious that makes you crave for more.
