In the beginning of low carb diet, i wanted an airfryer. Thought of it thoroughly, do with what is available first. Low carbs are most vege and protein. I think of green first than protein. So, eggplants were the first to break the norm of having breads with jam spread hehe.. Moreover i had grilled eggplants sandwich out before. At this time i was not use with oven yet. So, took eggplants, slice them 5 mm, soak in stirred egg, coat with bread crumbs or nestum, salt pepper to taste and fry them in frying pan,. Eat in a sandwich form hehe.. It was so internationally good. Even video made not complete yet still keep.

Pada awalnya diet rendah karbo bermula, rasa kalau ada air fryer lagi baik, tiada minyak bagai. Fikir balik jika betul nak buat diet tu, buat dulu dengan yang ada. Rendah karbo ni biasa dengan sayuran dan protin. Memudahkan perjalanan, jadi fikir hijau atau sayur dulu sebelum protin. So pilih terung sebab pernah makan di luar griilled eggplants sandwich. Masa ni tak berapa biasa sangat dengan ketuhar. Keluarkan terung, potong 5 mm tebal, salut dengan telur, lekatkan dengan nestum atau serbuk roti, garam, lada hitam secukup rasa dan goreng. .. Makan macam sandwich dengan roti whole meal hehe.. Terunglah yang pertama menukarkan tabiat makan roti dengan jem.
Alhamdulillah sedap citarasa antarabangsa
