2 bahan tertambah satu extra cadangan dari pihak ketiga

Just trying 3 ingredients banana cookies. Actually 2 ingredients are enough. When adik sunggested to add on white chocolate chips, I myself didn't hesitate.
Trying to avoid sweet but still ending up with sweet. With this 2 ingredients I could enjoy sweetness from fruits but it didn't happen.
Now I know that it is not easy to make a shift. If we are determined, perhaps there are challenges in between. Back to oats banana cookies. Mash two bananas, add 1 cup of oats in, mix well like cookie dough. Make a normal cookie size, and put chips on top, just heat up a bit brown at edge, take it out from the oven. Let it cool for awhile and enjoy it. Love this for snack or for breakfast. If you have more time could add egg and flour, like a real cookie but with longer time in the oven.

Saja cuba 3 bahan cookie oats dan pisang. Adik cadangkan untuk tambah chips choc putih, mama rasa boleh je. Yang sebenar 2 bahan, pisang dan oats. Itulah kekadang matlamat untuk makan manis buah tetapi ada saja cabarannya.
Dengar choc chip, rasa kecur air liur, jadi letak lah juga. Sebenarnya tidak mudah untuk mengubah diet. Ada saja yang melengahkan hari yang kita nak elakkan gula, nakkan manis buah, tertambah pula gula coklat.
Kembali ke oats pisang cookies ni, lenyek dua biji pisang campur secawan oats, gaul, cubit dan jadikan bentuk cookies, letak chip choc di atas, bakar 10 minit. Jika ada masa boleh tambah telur, tepung, uli, masa bakarnya lebih panjang, makan pun lebih kenyang.
