Prawn Porridge | Bubur Udang

Rice already become  porridge | Nasi sudah menjadi bubur



Prawn, ginger and garlic as main ingredients | Udang, halia, bawang putih adalah bahan utama


Since we have salted eggs, anchovies and nuts ready. I prepared simple and quick porridge for breakfast. 


Although it said fast still had to monitor the water level to make rice soft and porridge form. 


1 cup of rice

4 cups of water (yet not watery perhaps more add soup) 

1 cut carrot

3 garlic

1 thumb size ginger. 

6 prawns


Condiments

Fried Nuts

Fried anchovies

1 salted egg

Sliced ginger

Cube carrots


I put all the main ingredients and cooked with water inside the pressure cooker for 7 minutes. Scooped out because I was hungry. Turned out flavourful especially with the well known of tasteful toppings eg salted egg, nuts, anchovies and soy sauce, olive oil since we don't have sesame oil. 


Good digestion breakfast. Love the oriental style eating, no pickle or sesame but already full that's the aim :)

Oleh kerana dah tersedia ada telur masin, ikan bilis dan kacang, saya terus menyediakan sarapan bubur nasi yang ringkas dan senang dimasak. 


Walaupun cepat, tetap kena periksa aras air supaya nasi jadi lembut (bubur). 


1 cawan beras

4 cawan air (itupun tidak berair, tambah sup jika ada) 

1 lobak merah dipotong

3 ulas bawang putih

Halia sebesar ibu jari

6 ekor Udang


Taburan Perasa

Kacang goreng

Ikan bilis goreng

Telur masin

Halia di hiris

Lobak merah dipotong kiub


Saya masukkan semua bahan utama dan masak hingga menjadi bubur nasi didalam periuk tekanan tinggi selama 7 minit. Terus ceduk masuk ke mangkuk sebab lapar. Rssanya amat berperisa bila dimakan dengan bahan taburan perasa seperti telur masin, ikan bilis, kicap dan minyak zaitun (sebab tak ada minyak bijan atau lenga). 


Sarapan enak dan bagus untuk penghadaman. Suka dengan cara makanan timur, tak da acar atau bijan, tetap kenyang itulah matlamatnya. :)
