Pineapple defends from free radical
After knowing the goodness of pineapple for body immunity, I made a point to eat pineapple as often, kids abang adik tried it but never liked it so much. As for them I would give them oranges and apples instead.
I purchased pineapples online or bought at the shop nearby. Bought two sometimes, I give one to my neighbour. My neighbour even went and plant it and it grows successfully.
I did the same. I cut the stalk and planted it at the back of our house. Actually I procrastinate to plant it. I hope it will grow.
Benefits that I feel after having pineapple often, I feel at normal state even when I eat something that give 'wind' to my body. For example, after eating stinky beans, I didn't feel anything funny, even glutinous rice was fine too.
Fact of stinky beans or any beans are superfood, like milk is superfood, when we eat and stay idle, the energy don't go through sweat, it will be stucked at muscle, that's when we feel aching.
Superfood like milk, for instant newborn baby can grow fast to become toddler. As an adult human, if I'm taking milk or beans (bean itself is a seedling to a tree, means that I will get nutrition not like from leaf but from bean right?, folate will be in leaf but bean has both folate, protein and much more.
Back to consuming milk or glutinous rice and idling, layback and do mild work will not be enough of energy usage, so once consume these foods, do a lot of work movement or my own remedy to eat pineapple to add more nutrition, good digestion plus detoxifcation help stabilize. Note to self.

Selepas mengetahui dan diingatkan lagi dalam berbagai media tentang kebaikan pengambilan buah nenas, setelah tahu saya mula pastikan untuk makan nenas selalu.
Saya buat pembelian nenas dalam online atau beli di kedai berdekatan. Beli sebiji dua setiap kali, kalau dua, saya beri satu kepada jiran saya. Saya nampak jiran tanam pokok nenas dari putiknya itu. Saya pun turut serta menanamnya dibelakang rumah. Potong bahagian bawah sikit dari jambulnya atau putiknya, tanam dalam pasu sebab emak saya cakap dia letak atas tanah tumpang pasu pokok lain, naik subur. Jadi saya tanam macam tu je.
Khasiat buah nenas yang saya ketara saya rasai ialah bila makan benda yang berangin sepert petai atau pulut, tak rasa apa pun Alhamdulillah, rasa biasa.
Cuba bagi dekat abang adik, mereka kurang gemar, jadi diberi buah oren atau epal untuk menambah immuniti.
Sebenarnya makanan terbaik superfood iaitu susu, kacang, cendawan tu ada khasiat bole membesar dan menguatkan tubuh, jika tidak digunakan dan di keluarkan melalui peluh, jadi toksik yang boleh memberi sengal-sengal.
Susu tu ringkas tetapi makanan super/terbaik ini yang boleh membesarkan seorang bayi. Untuk dewasa meminum susu tetapi berlegar tak bergerak kerja lama-lama rasa badan berat dan berangin. Tetapi jika mengambil buah nenas dapat menolong menambah nutrisi, prnghadaman yang baik, detoksifikasi yang lancar dengan kuasaNya tubuh rasa biasa dan segar lagi. Jadi, sekurangnya dapt menolong jika ingin makanan kegemaran seperti petai dan pulut. Peringatan ini untuk diri juga.
