Bahan ringkas, rolled oats, epal
Apple sebiji dipotong nipis, untuk lempeng atau penkek vegan, tak panggil penkek sebab tak letak susu dan telur..
Earlier on, .making rolled oats and fruits is simple. Not much of ingredients, just basic by logic that could combined the mixture. As for this one, the mixture had no eggs or milk, so its like vegan pancake.
Converting normal eating in mind not by action but it was abruptly. By breakfast, trying to avoid breads, made an effort to fix vegan pancake from scratch, The apple pancake was good, adik loved it. It is approved for nexr time at least more than 2 or 3 people likes to eat when breakfast like this bern fixed. The rolled oat needs time to soak til soft but it is delicious even it isn't.

Masa awalnya, penyediaan lempeng atau penkek epal ni dengan cincai je, pakai logik dengan bahan-bahannya, yang menyatukan oats dan epal memadai. Ingat lempeng, bancuh ja ala lempeng tak da susu atau telur, serbuk penaik atau serbuk soda pun (panjang berjela nak juga sebut pun hehe)
Memang ringkas asal dapat letak mentega dan madu kira dah jadi dan kenyang. Bila buat sarapan, kira berbaloi sekurangnya 2 atau 3, orang yang suka makan. Adik suka penkek oats so boleh la buat bila rasa nak makan. Pertukaran rendah kalori secara ketara tak dapat nak turut hehe.. Teringin karbo meninggi, perlahan biar bertahan kann.. Cucur goreng, sapa la yang tak rindu, krispi, rangup, minyak bagai, dah sebati dengan badan, Ok lah trai juga oat menyahkan kolestrol, epal menambah mineral kembali, menyegarkan dan menceriakan. InshaAllah.
