Thinking to make some products to sell | Memikirkan sesuatu produk untuk di jual

If ever I have a product like McD that even economy inflation or down, the price of McD still on the rise and help maintain people having jobs all time, could I live legacy to younger generation, Que Sera Sera :)). 

Kalaulah ada produk macam McD tu walau dalam kegemelut ekonomi jatuh, harga McD tetap menaik dan masih mengekal pekerjaan segolongan ramai sepanjang zaman, bolehkah   meninggal warisan ke generasi baru, Que Sera Sera :)) 

Yes, I am serious in thinking of something to generate income and to improve life as the commercial sectors are beginning to bloom again. And I am at that same level like my dad said, which is I still grateful and thankful. 

I've made our version of puff that is frying type and the fillings are minced chicken, carrots and potatoes. 

The crusts; I found that it was too hard for me to knead, mould and fry, I already sighed. 

So, I came up with spring roll sheet which ready to fill the fillings, I figured Singapore beehoon are the best for the taste. But still need skill to roll them perfectly. 

We tried and rehearsed how to do the process and the taste after few days of being frozen. 

It was yummy as expected but the spring rolls were kind of oily, yet good breakfast, served with longan and banana. 

Need food tasters, I guess :)

Ya, saya serius memikirkan sesuatu yang boleh menjana pendapatan. Juga menambah baik kehidupan selaras dengan ekonomi disektor komersial yang sedang makin berkembang. Dan saya di takuk yang sama bak kata bapa saya, saya tetap bersyukur di tahap apa sekali pun. 

Saya buat versi karipap goreng dan inti daging ayam cincang, lobak merah dan ubi kentang. 

Kulit karipap, rasa sukar nak menguli, mengadun, menekap dan menggoreng, dah saya mengeluh.

Jadi, terfikir kulit popia yang sedia untuk dibentang, letak inti bihun goreng Singapura tentu sedap. Tapi perlu kemahiran untuk menggulung.

Kami cuba, ala raptai bagaimana proses dan rasanya bila terbeku beberapa hari. 

Memang enak macam dijangka, cuma popia tu agak berminyak, tetap menjadi sarapan yang bagus Alhamdulillah disajikan dengan longan dan pisang. 

Perlu pakar merasa makanan, agaknya :)

Sometime, making sure having 'me time' is a must | Mencari masa untuk diri satu kemestian. 

The normal routine is in us | Rutin biasa sudah sebati dengan diri

Grateful there was time I had proper breakfast. The 'cats eyes' longan fruits and banana were bought during lunch out with parents.

At the road side, saw fruit's truck, I bought only banana but dad gave some the 'cats eyes' fruits (Longan). 

The next morning, cooked baby spinach, edamame already from long time in the freezer, so I put the ingredients separately in a pan at one time. 

Love to see clearly the lined up ingredients hehe.. 

They were

Sardines

Baby Spinach

Mushrooms

Edamame

Banana

Longan

Coffee

Water

So now I had to buy other vege stock the next time around.

Syukur ada masa-masa sempat buat sarapan Alhamdulillah. Buah mata kucing dan pisang beli masa keluar tengahari dengan parents. 

Di tepi jalan nampak truck  buah-buahan, saya beli pisang dan bapa beli buah mata kucing dan beri sedikit untuk kami. 

Keesokkan hari, masak bayam, edamame yang dah lama di dalam peti ais. 

Saja masak letak asing-asing dalam pan  biar nampak jelas rupa bahan hehe.

Air

Agar ingat untuk tambah stok bahan mentah dapur lagi.

Big breakfast McDonald For Parents

At drive thru McDonald's we got big breakfast for loved ones | Di pandu lalu, beli big breakfast buat insan tersayang

No wonder food riders complained that they were scared to send food to their place because there were a lot of stray dogs| Patut la riders penghantar mengadu takut hantar makanan kepada mereka sebab  banyak anjing liar. 

Arrived at location, I went in to set the breakfast nicely as like at home. I took out everything then dad called that he wanted to eat outside. 

In my mind I wanted to set up at the greenery as it was better for filming aesthetically. I lost some time inside to pack back the food and bring them outside, dad as usual couldn't wait to eat, so I followed the flow. 

Set on the plain table and they ate immediately, I bought some for us too. Since they seem wanted to eat all, I surrender.  

While they were eating I saw keladi or yam plants (caladium) the other side of the fence, thought to plant them in pot and sell. 

They continue eating the pancake that was meant for me, I went to keep the portidge inside, I filmed cats that were strayed coz there were many stray dogs  (one was bitten by stray dog) , inside is best for shelter.

Setibanya dilokasi, saya terus masuk untuk menyediakan sarapan yang elok sikit macam di rumah. Keluarkan semua, terdengar pulak suara bapa memanggil nak makan di luar. 

Dalam minda nak juga hidang ala jelas makanan di tempat yang ada kehijauan untuk video, lebih baik estetiknya. Banyak masa terbuang sebab makanan diluar beg kertas, masukkan balik, bapa tak sabar nak makan. Jadi, saya turuti jer. 

Letak atas meja polos dan mereka makan serta merta, saya beli juga habuan kami, dah nampak mereka nak makan semua, beralah aja.

Semasa mereka makan, saya nampak keladi warna hijau putih (caladium). Itulah pokok keladi  di luar pagar. Ingat nak tanam dalam pasu dan jual. 

Mereka sambung makan hot cake yang asalnya dibeli untuk sendiri, saya masuk simpan bubur ayam di dalam sebab dengar nak makan nanti.  Terus ambil kesempatan video kucing yang mulanya sekor terkena gigit anjing, jaga bagi elok, ia takut pula nak keluar, di dalam lebih selamat.

Fried rice was chosen |  Nasi Goreng yang dipilihnya

Felt like eating soup, so I got Hokkien Mee Soup | Rasa nak makan yang berkuah, jadi pesan Mee sup Hokkien

While still around the area, on the way home, I received a message to get urgent stuffs like telekung with few list and had to send immediately. We were at Mutiara Damansara. And the message came from Damansara. I was willingly to do it urgently. 

So I did not hesitate to settle the task at one stop shopping centre. Get the list checked; It was tiring as we walked around searching for reasonable price goods. To do the deed yet be calculative with the money flow. 

Walked towards the parking lot, I couldn't go on; Need to take a break at a cafe name Teh Tarik.  Leave to God at this time. 

It means Pulled Tea, hot milk tea, to cool it down by pouring to another cup and pour again to different cup for drinking. It became the recipe and everlasting famous Latte Tea with foam by pouring while pulling. (I heard the story when I was little). But now it is so popular over here and also have a cafe named after it hehe.. 

The price of the food at Teh Tarik Place are as below:

Semasa berada di sekitar lebuhraya menuju pulang ke rumah. Saya terima pesanan untuk membeli barang mustahak seperti telekung dan senarai barang lain termasuk Quran dan perlu dihantar hari yang sama. Berada di Mutiara Damansara dan pesanan dari Damansara, saya bebesar hati untuk buat segera.

Jadi saya tidak berlengah untuk selesai urusan dekat satu pasaraya. Senarai diperiksa tanda selesai, tapi terasa letih berjalan, pusing mencari harga berpatutan. Hendakkan berbakti sambil berkira baki.

Berjalan ke arah parkir kereta, macam tak mampu nak teruskan rasa macam nak duduk di kedai makan iaitu Teh Tarik Place, iaitu minuman kegemaran ramai. Bertawakkal masa ni. 

Teh susu panas ditarik dengan menuang ke dalam cawan yang lain untuk menyejukkan, di tuang tinggi biar teh melalui diudara dan berangin menyejukkan teh siap diminum. Terus menjadi resepi Teh susu berbuih akibat di    tuang tinggi menjadi terkenal.(masa saya kecik dengar cerita ni) Dijadikkan nama kedai pula sekarang hehe..

Limited time hits the breakfast prep turned to dinner | Kekangan masa terpaksa persediaan sarapan jadi makan malam

Still sauteed the shallots and garlic | Masih menumis bawang putih dan bawang merah

Lately the routine and the task were kind of hectic and urgent. Tried to manage time properly so that eating or praying will still be done at home. I dare not to do these activities at public places. 

Else, I adjusted the time later or earliest possible. Anyway, arrived and settled the obligations and prepared the dinner that prepared earlier for breakfast. 

It was mackerel dan were deboned before freezing. And the vege were not as fresh, since many mornings ago I've put it out for cooking but had to keep them in back due to time limitation. 

Grateful everything turned out fine and at the right place. Still eat like how I wanted too, slightly derailed a bit from track :)

Kebelakangan ini, rutin dan tugasan dah beralih ke sibuk dan cemas. Cuba mengurus masa dengan betul supaya masih dapat bersolat dan makan di rumah. Tak berani pula nak buat aktiviti tu menggunakan tempat awam. 

Jika tidak pun cuba juga uruskan awal  atau lambat. Apapun, sampai dan tunaikan tanggungjawab dan masak bahan sarapan tu ke makan malam. 

Ikan makerel yang dibuang tulang sebelum dibekukan.. Sayur pun dah tak berapa segar kerana beberapa pagi lalu, saya keluarkan untuk masak tapi terpaksa simpan balik sebab isu kesempitan masa. 

Syukur Alhamdulillah semuanya baik-baik saja. Masih makan macam yang telah dirancang, cuma lari sikit la dari kebiasaan :)

Kuih Koci, Seri Muka & Apple Juice

Desserts were from rice based (powder and glutinous). / kuih manisan berasaskan dari  beras (pulut dan tepung). 

The toppings and fillings are from coconut (milk and shredded). | Krim diatas atau isi dan inti berasaskan buah kelapa, santan dan isi). 

Since a lot of matters were settled outside, I managed to take a video from a highway, if I'm not mistaken it was from the MRR2 that connects northern Kuala Lumpur to Petaling Jaya side, via the LDP expressway. 

The weather looked greyish, but here in tropical climate is always humid. Usually, we will stop to get the coconut drink to quench our thirst. 

We still did, like we used to stop at the road side kiosk or hut to buy something to munch. When  I saw traditional sweet treats, I grabbed two kind each. Seri muka two pieces and kueh koci two packed. 

Had them half on the way. And half at home. Lil' effort of making the green apple juice. The green apple juice was sweet actually, slightly sour. (I didn't order apple juice with kesturi or something at the restaurant the other day) so made it at home which is good enough.

That's it out tea time meal. Grateful, a Great one :).

Sejak berbagai perkara yang harus diselesaikan di luar, dapatlah ambil permandangan di highway, rasanya dari lebihraya MRR2. Ia menghubungi dari Kuala Lumpur Utara ke bahagian Petaling Jaya menerusi lebuhraya LDP. 

Cuaca nampak kelabu mendung tetapi biasalah iklim tropikal ni selalu masih lagi berbahang. Seperti yang pernah kami berhenti beli air kelapa untuk menghilangkan dahaga.

Kami masih suka berhenti di tepi jalan membeli makanan untuk mengunyah. Bila nampak kuih muih terus beli 2 jenis setiap satu. Seri muka dan kuih koci.

Dalam perjalanan nak sampai rumah dah telan dua jenis, tiba di rumah, nak 'feeling' makan di cafe. Usaha tangga menghilang tenaga, buat jus epal hijau. Epal hijau yang manis tu, sikit ja masam manis. (hari tu tak order air jus epal hijau asam boi di restoran, rajinla buat sendiri).

Itu jer minum petang kami. Alhamdulillah. Yang terbaik :)
