Pancake oats | Lempeng rolled oats dan epal

Bahan ringkas, rolled oats, epal


Apple sebiji dipotong nipis, untuk lempeng atau penkek vegan, tak panggil penkek sebab tak letak susu dan telur.. 


Earlier on, .making rolled oats and fruits is simple. Not much of ingredients, just basic by logic that could combined the mixture. As for this one, the mixture had no eggs or milk, so its like vegan pancake. 

Converting normal eating in mind not by action but it was abruptly. By breakfast, trying to avoid breads, made an effort to fix vegan pancake from scratch, The apple pancake was good, adik loved it. It is approved for nexr time at least more than 2 or 3 people likes to eat when breakfast like this bern fixed. The rolled oat needs time to soak til soft but it is delicious even it isn't.

Masa awalnya, penyediaan lempeng atau penkek epal ni dengan cincai je, pakai logik dengan bahan-bahannya, yang menyatukan oats dan epal memadai. Ingat lempeng, bancuh ja ala lempeng tak da susu atau telur, serbuk penaik atau serbuk soda pun (panjang berjela nak  juga sebut pun hehe) 

Memang ringkas asal dapat letak mentega dan madu kira dah jadi dan kenyang. Bila buat sarapan, kira berbaloi sekurangnya 2 atau 3, orang yang suka makan. Adik suka penkek oats so boleh la buat bila rasa nak makan.  Pertukaran rendah kalori secara ketara tak dapat nak turut hehe.. Teringin karbo meninggi, perlahan biar bertahan kann.. Cucur goreng, sapa la yang tak rindu, krispi, rangup, minyak bagai, dah sebati dengan badan, Ok lah trai juga oat menyahkan kolestrol, epal menambah mineral kembali, menyegarkan dan menceriakan. InshaAllah.

Separuh jalan sampai rumah, singgah kejap juga





Terpaksa singgah di pekan berdekatan, mengisi tenaga kejap. 


Trip for event needs. Here with some kind of event, the state capital is the place, for tradition stuff. Before, after or in-between, there's a break for tea or meal while items hunting. We had coconut pandan rice, peanuts, cucumber, boiled egg and chillie sauce with tamarind juice not vineger around it. We had this meal from a fairly large city, which was a rubber plantation before. This town is now recognise as a city of municipal but not sure, have to check it out the confirmation. I know further in was a palm oil plantation. The issue here is the food that we fed our tummy on that very day. The shop that we stopped by was a kind of kopitiam style yet with a fast food system, order and pay at the counter. We chose the seating place and the food were served to enjoy. 


Local famous meal, can be at morning or afternoon. Bismillah.💕

Perjalanan untuk keperluan majlis. Sinilah terdapat berbagai jenis bahan, fabrik kenduri atau perayaan. Bandar yang merupakan ibu negeri juga pusat kerajaan. Sambil mencari, pasti singgah rehat untuk minum teh atau makan2. Kedai makan berelemen kopitiam menjadi pilihan hari itu. Gaya pengambil order tulis di kertas dan keriau pesanan ke belakang agak pupus di sini. Aturan nasi lemak bungkus di depan hanya kosong tapi mengamit selera, tersila duduk la juga hehe.. Walau kedai kopi teh tarik konsepnya, tapi pesanan dan order di kaunter. suka hati nak duduk meja mana, makanan datang dihidang. terus makan hehe.. 


Kami duduk menikmati nasi lemak pandan yang   boleh di jadikan sarapan atau minum petang. Alhamdulillah💕

Salad / Penyediaan yang mudah

Dalam video cara penyediaan salad paling simple.



 Biar sedikit makan salad, tapi selalu 


Salad are full of vitamins, and easy to get them fixed. Mix salad are easy to get at any grocery store. Depends on the type of vegetables that you find but all of them have a high water content but don't let the toxins come along. So wash them appropriately before consuming. It is better to have them raw as cooking them may destroy the nutrients. 


There are many ways to prepare salad, the classic way is with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. When all in, mix well. As the way that I like to share is more simple.  Take the amount that you intend to have, get them wash. Make your own dressing like the above mention or buy the ready made dressing lie thousand island. The salad fills in the bowl, pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of dressing in the bowl. Close the lid and shake it well. 


Friday greetings. 


Salad mengandungi banyak vitamins. Penyediaannya juga mudah. Jangan biar toksik dari daunnya masuk ke tubuh pula, basuh dengan vege wash ke atau air garam terlebih dahulu. Dengan memasak salad, akan merosakkan khasiatnya. Jadi buat sendiri sos salad untuk salad mentah. Penyediaan yang mudah, jika bukan dari sos sedia dimakan, boleh ambil bahan dari dapur, madu, lada hitam, garam, jika ada cuka epal boleh di bancuh sekali, dan tuang atas salad dalam bekas bertutup. Seperti di video tu, sos salad dibeli, jadi cuma 2 bahan dan sebekas yang ada penutup. Isi salad bekas, bubuh sosnya, tutup bekas dengan penutup. Goncang.. Sedia dijamah. Jika ada telur rebus, potong letak atas daun disalut sos.
