Leftover crushed chicken | Ayam semalam dicincang

Crush the chicken



Fixing breakfast must be done early, after dusk prayers, citing verses. It's a habit to open the fridge first thing in the morning. I looked deep inside and saw fried chicken leftovers from yesterday dinner. Thought of reheating, but I knew it will not be as good to eat them just like that. Therefore, I took them out together with capsicums and salad. Not just the chickens are from the past but the macaroni cheese sauce is also left undemand. 


I cut the capsicums while thinking what should I do with the chickens, if I make fried rice the cheese sauce will not be suitable for frying. Hmm.. Ending up back to the start from the beginning which is beautiful garden on top of something who can guess??  hehe.. . So the chicken must be crushed for a better mixed taste with capsicum and tiny cut salad. 


I spread the sauce on the basic home but staple ingredient (have you guess yet?) scattered the crushed chickens, covered with capsicum. Another set, cut salad on top of sauce, the rest almost the same. I had to finish the breads as I was thinking of making bread apple pudding not in the near time. I had procrastinated on it due to not enough corum as not all of us eat pudding., kind of low confident vote. (country first world problem). 


Glad that I fixed all that as they turned out very delicious and nutritious breakfast. The crunchiness of capsicum turn juicy after bites and so flavourful.

Menyediakan sarapan mesti dibuat diawal pagi, selepas solat subuh, seusai mengaji. Buka pintu peti ais dari tabiat hingga  kini menjadi tuntutan serta tanggungjawab. 


Lihat di dalam ternampak ayam goreng kemarin. Dalam fikiran kalau panaskan ia saja untuk sarapan tak mungkin akan jadi sedap seperti yang asal. Bukan saja ayam yang lebihan semalam tapi ada juga sos cheese macaroni juga turut dalam simpanan. 


Saya keluarkam ayam, sos keju, cili benggala dan daun salad.

Potong cili benggala tu sambil memikir pula apa yang patut saya masak dengan ayam, kalau nasi goreng, sos keju tak sesuai pula. 


Berakhirlah kembali pada mula dulu dimana campuran bahan-bahan  bagai taman diletak atas ruji teka apakah itu?? 

Hehe.. 


Jadi ayam perlu dicincang baru tergaul dalam mulut dengan cili benggala yang rangup tapi berjus dan aroma bila ditokak. 


Sapu sos keju dulu, letak ayam diatas potongan 'ehem-ehem' tu (dah teka ke belum?) kemudian sayur tu di atas sekali. Buat satu set lagi diletak daun salad yang dimayang dan letak lain seperti set tadi.


Sebenarnya perlu habiskan roti sebab saya tak jadi buat pudding roti masa terdekat ni sebab tak cukup korum yang nak mahu menikmatinya. Macam tak cukup undi percaya la pula tu, masalah negara kan? 


Syukur Alhamdulillah saya buat sarapan begini sedap dan lazat, kerangupan chili benggala yang berjus dan ber-aroma menjadi lebih enak.
