Bread and Ciku/ Roti dan ciku

The rise of sun was the time for breakfast. With the efforts of people, bread from the shelves gave ways and times for us to prepare peel and cut fruits, ciku, our local tropical fruit. 


The whole meal was the choice as full of fibre filled the tummy till lunch.  As seen the date was march during mco2 back to school.  Difference between the routine  now and then that we got to go out from home to school back home. The best part was to see the sunrise. March 2021.

Terbitnya mentari, mulalah bersarapan, daya usaha orang (roti beli, roti wholemeal) memudahkan urusan kita memberi masa mengupas, memotong buah kampung, ciku.

Pilihan roti berserat, rasa padat di perut sebelum tengahari. Kami nikmati masa mco kembali ke sekolah, rutin berlainan hampir sama sebab tak kemana, rumah sekolah rumah. Cuma mula awal pagi dapat teruja dengan suasana matahari naik. March 2021.

Chicken Karipap | Karipap Ayam

Developing tastebud of pastry, adik's motivated to knead the dough,  flatten, put fillings and shape it but bake it this time. Relieved because using less oil by baking instead of frying and mama is at ease when adik keep wanting to eat one after another. That means its a starting point of balance diet. Otherwise roti, indian food are first to ask. As for recipe, think mama had put some notes in the video. The methods more or less like flatbread but more kneading.

Dah makin suka makan pastri selain roti terdorong menguli, mencanai, kali ni membakar. 

Alhamdulillah, kurang minyak, rasa senang hati bila adik asyik nak lagi. Rasa inilah permulaan makanan seimbang adik, asyik makan roti, roti canai, nan atau makanan india sewaktu dengannya ja sebelum ni. Untuk resepi, mama ada catit dalam video. Resepi lebih kurang macam roti canai tapi canainya yang berlebih.

Instant dessert | Puding segera ala puding roti

Some magic show for adik when a fruit comes 2 in 1, the pumpkin meat or pulp as dessert while the seeds as snack. We always impress with coconut meat and the coconut water is just like combo meal. 


Simple preparation, cut the pumpkins, steamed, scoop it alone to eat or add on with coconut milk, boiled sagu, sticky rice and  syrup. Really delicious and its low carb. SubhanAllah

Saja buat persembahan magik dengan adik yang gemar pencuci mulut.  Labu juga dicipta olehNya 2 dan 1 hidangan, isi seakan puding roti kurang gula dimana bijinya kan kuaci dijadi kudapan depan tv.  Mama memang tertarik sangat dengan buah kelapa ada isi untuk makan airnya adalah minuman segar. Hidangan 2 dalam 1 atau combo, combination di antara 2.


Mudah ja penyediaan puding segera. Labu dipotong. dikukus, ceduk, makan begitu saja atau di tokok tambah dengan sagu, santan atau susu, sagu atau pulut  serta gula melaka sebagai menu special.. Memang special, sihat dan rendah karbohidrat. SubhanAllah

Scones | Fefeeling di airport

Somehow scones made the atmosphere more relax and settling.

Son takes fruits as dessert even better. He never likes cakes or any similar. 

If only the feeling of being at cafe or hotel, airport appeared, should one tries to make it, otherwise stick to fruits inshaAllah more fruitful😊

Tak sangka scones membuat keadaan lebih relax dan tenang. Si abang lebih rela makan buah sebagai pemanis mulut. Memang tak suka kek atau apa2 berkenan pencuci mulut ni.


Jika terasa nak ke cafe, hotel atau airport boleh la cuba. Kalau tidak potong buah inshaAllah lebih lazat.

Flatbread by a kid| | Roti Canai

Flatbread or roti canai is  abang's favorite food. As so we asked him to fix his own happy meal.  Found recipe and use common sense, with his willingness, the roti canai  ingredients were on the table to be made. 


Mama just jot down the ingredients at the video. It just some ideas to encourage kids to do sone kitchen jobs. First of course choose his or her favorite food. From there will some progress:). InshaAllah.

Roti canai adalah makanan kegemaran abang. Jadi peluanglah nak ajak dia buat sendiri makanan yang mengembirakan dia. Tak samalah makan di kedai kan. Dapat resepi, guna  logik dan kemahuan abang nak lakukan serta bahan2 pun ada, bolehlah buat.


Mama catit ja bahan di video rasanya. Ini cuma nak menggalakkan anak-anak untuk masuk dapur. Pertama mestilah pilih makanan kesukaannya. Dari situ berkobarlah minat nak buat. InshaAllah.

Roasted Chicken like Fried Chicken / Bakar tapi macam goreng

Roasted chicken that fix it like fried chicken as to save cooking oil.  Manage to manipulate the taste by place the grill at top near the heat. It came out crisps, most importantly is that adik the o fried chicken lover only approved it.


The simple ingredients are tamarind, sugar, salt, and tumeric, didnt dare to add pepper as the purpose is to ensure she eats not to fix new meal.


It takes 20 minutes for one side then take out flip another for 20mins in 200°C so total are 40 minutes. Obviously we need to plan early before proceed:)

Ayam bakar sengaja dimasak seakan ayam goreng. Selain menjimatkan minyak juga menyelamatkan udara dari lebih terbau. Seakan ayam goreng terjadi bila letak grill atas sekali yang hampir pemanas. Bila keluar rangup, sedap yang penting adik rasa sama macam goreng dan lulus. 


Bahan yang sedia ada saja yang dilumur iaitu asam jawa, garam, gula, kunyit. Tak berani letak lada hitam sebabnya tak kuasa nak buat hidangan lain. 


Ayam roasted di bakar 20 min bahagian atas dan bawah dalam 200°C. Seluruhnya 40 minit la juga jadi rancang awal2 :)
