sejak tak sapu krim clarin shaping facial lift ni  rasa muka kembang skit, mungkin pasal makan collagen, muka jadi penuh kann adoi macam-macam kan gambar bawah ni, guna clarins dan krim Lx tapi krim Lx ni mahal , syukur ada hamba Allah tolong advance dengan buka buku 555. tapi dah abis, takkan nak minta advance lagi kut.

since i didnt apply clarins shaping facial lift ni, i feel my face kind of blooms, matybe because of collagen i consume recently. its not easy to maintain right. the photo above i use clarins and LX cream, lx is expensive but someone closed to me had advance by open a 555 book. now the cream had finished. its rediculous to wait again for advancement right mmm

stroller

Assalamualaikum, Its friday :)

kalau lambat jalan dia akan pusing macam ni./ if the stroller didnt move she turn herself.

sejak fadya baby lagi, dia lebih suka bebas dari bertali keledar. tepat 2 tahun dia nak duduk kerusi biasa. teddy bearnya diletak atas kerusi baby.

cara kami sekarang letak dia atas stroller cepat2 jalan. dalam kerusi baby  (car seat) dalam kereta cepat bagi buku atau makanan. Boleh la jugak. ataupun letak dia atas tilam sambil minum susu.

Fadya prefers belt free since she was a baby. when she turned 2, she decided to sit on normal seat and let her teddy sit on baby sit.

what we did, put her in the stroller and fast push her around. in the car we give food or book right after put her on the seat. or lie her on a thin mattress.

ambil masa nak mandikan faiq dan adiknya, saya buat roti dulu, pastu baru mandikan abang dan adik. Masuk dalam kereta. Ada raisins saya akan bagi baru mereka duduk sambil tengok luar, tanya itu ini. Bila sampai awal, kawan saya masih ada untuk breakfast bersama.

take time to shower faiq and his sister,  i prepare bread first, then shower them. Get in the car. I will give some raisins so that they sit still and adk this and that. When early, my friend is still there to have breakfast together.

Bean bag / Decor

Sejak kerusi depan tv ni span nya dah pecah, rasa nak berbalik duduk  di lantai. 

Dengan bean bag ni kena adjust ketinggian TV, ia ringan boleh simpan dalam bilik dan ruang Tv yang kosong bole buat aktiviti senaman. En hubby cakap  bean bag ni panas sebab dalam diisi dengan polistrin. Hmm

Since the chair infront of Tv is broken and the sponge comes out in pieces. Thought to go back to sit in the floor and put bean bag to lie or sit. At least its mobile can keep in a room. the empty space in the tv toom can be converted to exercise room. But mr hubby said bean bag can be hot as it is filled with polistrin.Hmm.

cara faiq mengajak / faiq's way to ask

 "Faiq cakap jom naik kereta, lepas tu pusing jalan ni (ke kiri). Saya dah agak apa  mesej faiq ni, saya tanya lepas pusing pergi mana? pergi ke rumah, rumah maktok sambung Faiq. Rasa geram tengok dia terang dekat papa dia pun sama. mungkin heran kami tak kemana pun.

" Faiq said lets go to the car, and go this way (to the left). i can sense what he means i asked him then we go to where? he continues go to the house, to maktok's house. so cute to see how he explained to his papa too. might be he wonders why we dont go anywhere now.

berdiri tegak, bernafas sambil mengimbang berat badan, tangan kanan memegang ibu jari kaki kanan sambil mengangkat ke kanan.  rasa renggangan di bahagian bawah peha, bernafas. mata tumpu pada ibu hari supaya lebih stable.

biar tubuh bergerak posisi lain sambil bernafas. minda menerima

TV / Decor

Faiq suka tengok TV dari kecil lagi. camera pun tak nak tengok. mama pula suka tengok sofa warna biru, ceria ja.


Not yet 2 years, Faiq showed so much interest in watching TV, even not looking the camera when called, while mama loves the decor,it seems the blue colored sofa brightens.

Training / latihan

seronoknya, berlatih bersyukur ni, nampak yang elok ja. sampai rasa diri bertuah sangat tinggal di negara yang murah rezeki bukan murah ja tapi percuma iaitu sebiji buah kelapa yang jatuh tu ada makanan dan minuman di dalam, satu pakej combo dariNya.

i am glad and intrigue when i train myself to be more thankful and grateful, i only see nice things. proud that i live in a country of pay less for rizki not even pay but free like a coconut. with one , i can get meal and water. combo package from Him.

Catitan / jot down

Sebenar dah mengantuk, tapi nak update skit, pagi tadi saya ambik multivitamin dengan vitamin c. Untuk malam, saya ambil salamon omega, kalsium dan bird nest :) 20.4.2014.
Untuk makan malam saya masak speghetti goreng basah letak kangkung dan lain-lain. Sebenarnya kangkung tu untuk lain.
Faiq tak makan walaupun speghetti tu favorite dia. Sebab dah nampak nuttella. Dia makan roti and choclate katanya.
Fadya makan telur rebus, apple dan carrot. Tu je.
Ok nak tido, saya nak whatsapp pada masa lalu, iaitu adik saya yang ada di USA masih 19.4.2014 lagi :)
Bersyukur dan mendoakan hari lebih baik esok.


English version
I am updating my supplements taken today were multivit and vit c in the morning and at night i took bird nest and salmon omega and calcium.
I fried speghetti with kangkung for dinner. Faiq had bread and choc while Fadya had lil of egg apple and carrots.
Ok wanna sleep, before that i wanna whatsapp the past as my brother is in usa, there is still 19.4.2014. He received message from future :)
Thankful and think of better day tomorrow. Bright and shine
