Butter Cake & Banana Fritters

As said cotttage life practice, one of it is, make homemade meal. So I baked a basic cake from scratch.

Basic Butter Cake

1 cup of sugar 

1 cup planta (out of butter) 😅

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla essence

1.🌱 Mix sugar with butter til pale. 

2.🌱 Add egg one by one, mix it well

3.🌱Then add vanilla essence.

4.🌱 Add  flour 

5.🌱 baking Powder 

🌸 Mix till fluffy 

🌸 Pour it in the tray

🌸 Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes

By right, I should add frozen banana for flavouring, but on second thought, I made banana fritter instead :)

Macam yang diperkatakan selalu, amalan kehidupan desa nyaman, di antara adalah, buat masakan sendiri. Jadi saya pun bakar kek dari mula. 

5 bahan Kek Mentega ringkas:

1 cawan gula

1 cawan planta (tiada mentega) 

1 sk serbuk penaik

3 butir telur

1 sk esen vanila

1.🌱Putar gula dan mentega sehingga putih

2.🌱Masuk telur, satu demi satu, campur sebati

3.🌱 Kemudian masuk esen vanila

4.🌱 Masuk tepung

5.🌱 Masuk serbuk penaik

🌸 Putar hingga gebu

🌸 Tuang dalam loyang

🌸 Bakar pada suhu 180°C untuk 35 minit

Sepatutnya saya masukkan pisang sejuk beku sebagai perisa, tetapi fikiran kedua, saya buat cucur kodok :)

Fell in love with beaded bracelets, modelling it, making it and adorned it. 

Easy way making beaded bracelet

3 materials needed

1. beads

2. Elastic thread

3. Pendant charm 

The thread measurement, approximately about wrist size, but this time, I took the leftover thread so there's no waste. 

So I tie a pendant charm first, then beads in one by one.. 

When two threads are full with beads, tie the two ends into a knot. Voila! the bracelet can also be use as prayer beads as I put 33 beads. 

When handcraft mode is On, cooking derailed else where 😅.. Frying is the fastest hehe...

Mudah cara membuat gelang ni

3 bahan yang diperlukan

 1. manik

 2. Tali elastik

 3. Loket 

Ukuran tali, hanya anggaran saja, untuk kali ni saya ambik lebihan tali yang ada kerana tak mahu membazir.

Jadi ikat di loket dulu, lepas tu masukkan manik satu demi satu. 

Bila dua tali dah penuh dengan manik, ikat dan sambung ke duanya. Jadila gelang yang boleh dijadikan tasbih, kerana saya letak 33 biji. 

Bila berkraftangan, masak pun dah ke mana 😅.. Goreng ja nak cepat hehe..

Took us 4 hours to arrive at Johore. Departed early morning on a working day. No heavy traffic. Grateful.

Reach at the hotel, the rate was high not same as in the website.

We have made reservation online 2 weeks earlier. 

Argued abit at the counter, they accepted their mistake. 

If not, the rate is triple more. Thank God we got the offer rate, half price for 2, nights. 

5 star hotel Thistle, facing the neighbouring country Singapore. Seafront view near JDT training centre. 

Check in, hanged out bit, went out for break the fast. Watch night view

Tomorrow onwards, on Eid days, my sis in law gave Eid cookies, too delicious, she got the recipe from Tik Tok. Yummiest ever😍(if you wanna order let me know)

Ambil masa 4 jam untuk kami sampai di Johor. Bertolak pagi di hari bekerja, tiada kesesakkan jalan raya. Alhamdulillah

Sampai di hotel, harga di beri tinggi tak sama dengan tempahan di atas talian. Kami dah buat tempahan online 2 minggu sebelum. 

Bertekak sedikit di kaunter, mereka akur dengan kesilapan mereka.

Jika tidak, harga 3 kali ganda mahal, Alhamdulillah dapat harga offer separuh harga asal untuk 2 malam.

Hotel Thistle 5 bintang berdepan negara jiran Singapura. Permandangan seberang laut dekat dengan pusat latihan JDT.

Check in, lepak sekejap, keluar berbuka di luar.  Lihat pula permandangan waktu malam.

Esok² tu raya adik ipar bagi kuih raya tersedap, dia cakap resepi dari Tik Tok. Terpaling lazat 😍
